Luann de Lesseps Sucking Up To Sonja Morgan After Thomas D’Agostino Scandal?

Luann de Lesseps was head over heels in love with Thomas D’Agostino earlier this year after meeting him last Thanksgiving. When she was filming The Real Housewives of New York with her co-stars, she couldn’t stop talking about him and her co-stars felt that she was simply losing her mind. She didn’t even seem to care that her two friends, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, had previously dated him. During the reunion special, the ladies hinted that they tried to be there for her as they learned about his cheating scandal, but Luann wanted to stay with him. Did she make a mistake? Does she miss her friends?

According to a new Bravo report, Luann de Lesseps could be sucking up to Sonja Morgan these days, as she decided to wear a Sonja Morgan original from Sonja’s fashion line recently. Rather than wear something from her own collection, Luann chose to wear something that her friend had designed for her business. And Morgan noticed that her friend was wearing her collection and she reacted on Instagram to the news.

“Looks whos wearing @sonjamorgannewyork #LuannDeLesseps looking gorgeous #TopModel #HolidayFashion #Fashion #Party,” Sonja revealed on Instagram, while sharing a picture of Luann de Lesseps wearing her jumpsuit while out with her future husband, Thomas D’Agostino.

Maybe Luann de Lesseps got the jumpsuit in support of Sonja and dished out the $495 for the jumpsuit. Or maybe Sonja gave it to her prior to their friendship going sour earlier this year. Sonja was shocked that de Lesseps didn’t tell her that she was dating Thomas, as she had been sleeping with him on and off for several years.

On the Real Housewives of New York reunion special, Morgan revealed that she had only hooked up with Thomas about five times over several years, which didn’t seem like a big deal to Luann de Lesseps. She kept saying that she didn’t care about what happened before Luann. But when she was filming The Real Housewives of New York earlier this year, she wasn’t too happy with Morgan’s behavior.

“Sonja is fixated on Tom and while she says she’s not jealous, she keeps bringing up her past with him even though we are engaged. She says she’s happy for me, but her body language and facial expressions tell a different story. I know that it’s hard to watch someone move forward while being stuck in the past but Sonja has to realize that my relationship with Tom is very special and that he may not have been the marrying type before meeting me, but he is now! When you meet the right person, this is what happens,” Luann de Lesseps explained in her Bravo blog earlier this year about her friendship with Sonja.

And de Lesseps revealed that she was upset about how Morgan tried to steal the spotlight from her when she shared how Thomas proposed to her, including showing off the big ring he had gotten her.

“It was a magical moment! He chose a stunning eight-carat canary diamond, and I couldn’t be happier to have found my match. Sonja’s critique of my ring was tasteless, and it shows that she’s holding a grudge about my engagement regardless of how many times she says she isn’t,” de Lesseps explained in her blog for the show.
