Jax Taylor Responds To Cheating Rumors: ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Did Not Cheat On Brittany Cartwright [Debunked]

Jax Taylor is fighting back against a report earlier this week, which suggested the Vanderpump Rules star had cheated on his girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright.

On December 5, Jax Taylor was accused of betraying his girlfriend of nearly two years during an appearance at a nightclub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. However, according to him, he did nothing of the sort.

On Monday night, Jax Taylor joined his co-stars, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, on the set of Andy Cohen’s late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live, where he was questioned about the rumor. After Cohen spoke of a caller’s comments about the report, Jax Taylor revealed he had spotted the online rumor earlier that morning. He then confirmed there was no truth to the allegations.

“No, come on. Do you think I would do that in a public place if I was gonna do that? Come on, Andy… I’ve done a lot of dumb things, but not that,” he explained, according to a report by Bravo TV’s The Daily Dish.

Jax Taylor continued, explaining that while he was posing for photos with women during his appearance, doing so was part of his job.

Jax Taylor was accused of being “caught” with other women by Radar Online.

“Jax was acting like a total mess and a complete man w****e,” an eyewitness at the club reportedly told the outlet. “He had his hands all over almost every single pretty girl at the club.”

The insider also suggested that Jax Taylor was extremely intoxicated.

“[Jax Taylor] was only supposed to be there for an hour, but he was there all night… At one point, he had to be escorted to the bathroom because he was blacked out and could barely walk on his own,” the source claimed. “It was bad.”

Despite the report, Jax Taylor insists nothing happened between him and any one of the women at the appearance and his co-stars, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz, appeared to take his word without hesitation.

While Jax Taylor hasn’t had the best reputation in the past, especially after it was revealed that he had slept with his friend Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Kristen Doute, who was also the best friend of his then-on-and-off girlfriend, Stassi Schroeder, he appears to have turned a new leaf with Cartwright.

He’s even considering the possibility of a future marriage, despite not wanting any parts of the idea just a short time ago.

“Before Brittany I was not about marriage. It was not going to happen for me. I didn’t believe in marriage,” Jax Taylor explained to Bravo TV’s the Daily Dish. “Not because I didn’t love Brittany, I just didn’t believe in marriage. It just wasn’t for me.”

“As time progresses, I’m starting to open my mind about it a little bit more because I do love her and that’s something she wants. And I’m willing to bring the idea back. We’ll see. I just hate divorce. I hate it. I’ve done a lot of things in my life, it’s just kind of the one box I don’t want to check off that I’ve done.”

Jax Taylor began dating Brittany Cartwright in 2015 and currently works with her at SUR Restaurant, where Vanderpump Rules is filmed. Although Cartwright had previously been working at Hooters, Lisa Vanderpump hired her as a server ahead of the series’ fifth season, and she has been working alongside her bartender boyfriend ever since.
