Is Gwen Stefani Planning Showdown With Miranda Lambert?
Since Gwen Stefani and country singer Blake Shelton began their whirlwind romance last year, they have quickly become one of the entertainment world’s most adored couples. Both Gwen and Blake were in the midst of difficult divorces. The No Doubt star was divorcing her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, and Shelton was parting ways with Miranda Lambert, who is also a country singer.
The completely loving and affectionate display that often accompanies interviews with and sightings of the couple demonstrates that they are head over heels for one another. Rumor has it that Miranda Lambert has been taking aim at her former husband and his new love, and the most recent move she made in this regard involved the release of her latest album, The Weight of These Wings. In Touch states that the album was a part of her revenge against Gwen Stefani.

Gwen reportedly has a trick or two up her own sleeve to hopefully bring the apparent feud to an end, according to a source who spoke with the publication.
“A source has revealed to In Touch that Gwen, ‘wasn’t happy’ with the release of Miranda’s album, adding it was a ‘direct shot at her and Blake Shelton. Gwen is ready to debut some very personal songs about Miranda being the constant third wheel in her life. She’s also written several songs in which she calls Miranda out for just giving Blake up so easily.”
Gwen reportedly wants to meet Miranda face-to-face before they each move on in their respective romances and say the expected “I Dos.” Miranda Lambert has moved on from Blake with Anderson East, and the two are also quite serious, much like the hollaback girl and country star.

“All of this is leading to an inevitable showdown between Gwen and Miranda,” the source continued. “The gloves are off.”
The rumor has yet to be verified, yet there is definitely an unspoken tension between the two female music stars. It’s clear that despite whatever drama might be taking place behind the scenes, Blake is smitten with Gwen Stefani and is not shy about sharing his feelings for the beauty. Blake recently visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show and once again gushed over the blonde bombshell, which is something that has become a bit of a pattern for both Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton.

“I love talking about Gwen,” Blake responded as Ellen brought up the star’s girlfriend. “Are you kidding me? “It’s been just an eye-opener to be with someone like her,” Blake sincerely expressed. “Believe it or not, I mean, you think Gwen Stefani and No Doubt and she is literally maybe the most normal person that I’ve ever met in my life. It’s been good for me to be with somebody that’s so grounded and just a good human being with a great heart.”
Likewise, Gwen constantly shares about how appreciative she was to have Blake while she was coming through the trials of her divorce. She found comfort and love and stated that he kissed her “back to life.” While giving an acceptance speech recently for Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards, Gwen shared these words about her beau, as the Inquisitr noted.
“I was so low that I didn’t think there was any way I could pick myself back up.To Blake Shelton for kissing me back to life, thank you so much,” Gwen Stefani continued. “I am blown away, I’m blown away by this room of unbelievable courage. It’s unbelievable to be here tonight. I am really, really grateful.”
Whether the feud rumors are true or false, it’s clear that both Gwen Stefani and Miranda Lambert have found happiness once again despite their trying times.
