Since Teen Mom OG is officially coming to an end for the season, it was expected that Teen Mom 2 would begin soon after. According to Wetpaint, Teen Mom 2 will begin airing January 2 on MTV. Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin are going through a divorce, and it will be shown on Teen Mom 2 this season. It is quite the contrast from last season when the two had announced they miscarried a baby over the Christmas holiday. Lowry admitted she was no longer happy on the Teen Mom 2 reunion last spring and it looks like the divorce is moving forward. There are some questions about it though because it was thought that the two were headed to Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars for the next season.
