TomTom Debuts XXL 530S and XXL 540S Navigators With 5 Inch Displays

The new TomTom XXL 530S and XXL 540S Navigators with 5 inch displays have been officially announced by TomTom. We’re not sure why they were left off the roster at IFA earlier this month, especially with their promising features.

Both devices are equipped with IQ Routes technology which helps users find the quickest route from point A to point B. Those points can also be anwhere in the U.S. and Canada thanks to TomTom’s standard North American mapping solution, Map Share and a “Fold and Go” EasyPort mount.

The 540S also includes advanced guidance, Mexico Maps and a thinner/sleeker design factor with seven million points of interest.

Both units are expected sometime in October for $279.95 for the 530S and $299.95 for 540S.
