Adam Levine And Behati Prinsloo Attend The 2016 American Music Awards After Welcoming Baby In September
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo made their first joint appearance since welcoming baby Dusty Rose in September at Sunday night’s 2016 American Music Awards.
Although Adam Levine walked the red carpet with his band, Maroon 5, Prinsloo was also in attendance during last night’s event and made her post-baby red carpet debut in a plunging black dress and strapped heels.
“Wearing a low-cut black dress with a high, structured waist, the Victoria Secret Angel sizzled on the carpet as she headed to the show, where her husband, Adam Levine, [was] set to perform with his band,” People Magazine revealed to readers on November 20.

As the magazine noted, this wasn’t the first time Prinsloo showed off her post-baby body. Just weeks ago, the model-turned-mom revealed to her fans and followers that she had recently stepped out for a night on the town with her friends.
“After three weeks of breastfeeding every three hours, no sleep and nursing my nipples back to life lol, I left the house to see my girls for dinner,” Prinsloo wrote in the caption of her October selfie on Instagram, in which the 27-year-old was seen standing in her walk-in-closet with a baggy sweatshirt and hat.
Adam Levine’s wife was also seen days prior to the 2016 American Music Awards when she enjoyed a night out at West Hollywood hotspot Delilah with friends. At the time, the Daily Mail told readers that the model had left Levine and baby Dusty Rose at home as she indulged in some time off from the hectic duties of her new role as a mom.
In photos taken from her night out, Prinsloo was seen wearing a baggy sweatshirt with sparkles, a coat and Doc Martens boots.
Since welcoming their first child together, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have remained active on social media. In fact, when Prinsloo gave birth, they announced their daughter’s birth date, September 21, and name, Dusty Rose Levine, on each of their Instagram pages.
Weeks later, Adam Levine spoke out in an interview about his new life as a dad.
“I’ve been a parent for three weeks; what do I know?” Adam Levine joked to Ryan Seacrest during an appearance on his show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, via Celebrity Babies on People Magazine. “I don’t know anything, but it’s part of the beauty of it, honestly. There are a lot of instincts, a lot of things that kick in and switch on. It’s a beautiful experience.”
Back in April, just weeks before his baby news was confirmed, Adam Levine appeared on an episode of Live! with Kelly & Michael, where he spoke of his journey into parenthood.
“We’re just gonna jump in, and just try to figure it out,” Adam Levine said of his and Prinsloo’s plan of attack. “I’ll probably be a lot more freaked out when I see the baby and I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s a baby now!'”
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo began dating one another in 2012 but split in 2013. At that point, Adam Levine seemingly moved on from his romance with Prinsloo and began dating her fellow model, Nina Adgal. Then, weeks later, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo got back together and quickly became engaged before tying the knot in July 2014.
