Beyonce, Jay Z Sick Of Kanye West ‘Using Their Name’ To ‘Remain Famous?’

After Kanye West publicly came for Beyonce at his Sacramento show, the “Formation” singer is now ready to cut ties with the rapper. A new report claimed that Jay Z and Beyonce were getting sick of Kanye using their name to remain famous.

Sources close to Jay Z and Beyonce told Hollywood Life that Kanye West’s recent rant was “one of the most irritating things ever.” Given that they consider the Life of Pablo singer their friend, what he did was even more upsetting. The power couple also allegedly felt that Kanye was just using their name to remain relevant.

“They have built up their brand to a point that when anyone attacks or judges them it is frustrating to deal with. So when a supposed colleague and friend runs his mouth all the time they are sick of him using their name to remain famous.”

After what happened, Jay Z and Beyonce allegedly wanted to distance themselves from Kanye. He may have had their backs before but it seems like those days are long over.

“It is still a pain to always have him out there, always a rant or tweet away from unexpectedly being in the news again. They would rather not be a part of it at all,” the insider added.

In 2009, Kanye West infamously interrupted Taylor Swift’s speech when she won Best Female Video award and said that Beyoncé had “one of the best videos of all time.” During that time, Kanye insisted that he was just standing up for art, but ended up apologizing to Taylor for “taking away her moment.”

Seven years later, after losing the Video of the Year award to Beyonce, Kanye doesn’t seem too fond of her now. He even went as far as to accuse her of “playing politics.” According to Kanye, Beyonce refused to perform at the VMA’s if MTV wouldn’t pick “Formation” over “Hotline Bling” and “Famous.”

Kanye revealed that MTV told him beforehand so he wouldn’t run on the stage during Beyonce’s acceptance speech. He said he was hurt that Beyonce would do that to him after he received backlash from fans for seven years because he stood up for her.

“Beyoncé, I was hurt because I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling.’ In my opinion—now, don’t go trying to diss Beyoncé. She is great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people. We are all equal but sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are just to win.”

Kanye West said that he was risking his career, and even his life by saying these things. But he is still willing to do it because he wanted the public to know the truth. Kanye also called out Jay Z for not checking up on his family after Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint in Paris in October.

Kanye also asked Jay Z not to “send killers” his way after all the things he said about Beyonce.

“Jay Z, call me, bruh. You still ain’t calling me. Jay Z, call me. Aye, bruh, I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head. Just call me. Talk to me like a man,” he said.

As Beyonce has an extremely loyal fan base, it did not come as a surprise that the Beyhive came after Kanye on social media. The hashtag #KanyeIsOverParty immediately trended on Twitter as fans came together to show their support to the singer.
