Apollo Nida Takes Shots At Sherien Almufti’s Ex-Husband From Prison Over Unpaid Child Support Claims, Filming Of ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’

Apollo Nida has been feuding with Sherien Almufti’s ex-husband from prison. Sherien’s ex Derrick Copes is all bent out of shape and has gone so far as to cut off child support to his ex-wife because he doesn’t want her dragging their daughter to her prison visits with Apollo. Copes is mad because he says even Phaedra Parks doesn’t bring Apollo’s own kids to visit him in prison, and he doesn’t want his daughter going either. Copes is also pretty unhappy that Sherien pulled their daughter out of school to go to Atlanta for the filming of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

According to Bossip, Apollo caught wind of what Derrick was saying, and he is taking shots at Sherien’s baby daddy on Instagram. How he has access to Instagram from prison is anyone’s guess, but Apollo has been posting some pretty personal stuff lately, making it seem more and more like he is in control of his social media account rather than having someone outside of the prison manage it for him. It’s also possible but not confirmed that Sherien has taken over Apollo’s Instagram. That would make sense because it’s still not clear how Apollo or anyone on his team could have gotten their hands on Sherien Almufti’s child support paperwork.

Apollo Nida posted a screenshot on Instagram of the child support paperwork from Pennsylvania with an amount due that he claims is from back in 2013. If that’s the case, then Copes not paying child support had nothing to do with prison visits.

“Do you know the difference between a bucket of KFC chicken & Derrick Copes??” the Instagram caption reads. “KFC CAN FEED A FAMILY OF 4 while Derrick can’t even pay current or back child support from 2013. #thenidateam #paperwork don’t lie!! this is a high mountain this guy is attempting to climb on. Despite the feud between Apollo Nida and Derrick Copes about the real reason that Sherien Almufti’s baby daddy refuses to pay child support, it looks like there is more to the beef. Derrick is also complaining about Sherien taking their 8-year-old daughter to Atlanta to film The Real Housewives of Atlanta for Season 9. Copes complained that Sherien had checked their daughter out of school in order to head south for filming and he was furious.

Copes claims that he doesn’t care if Sherien Almufti is dating Apollo Nida or if she films The Real Housewives of Atlanta. His biggest gripe is that she’s dragging their daughter along to visits at the prison. Don’t forget that Sherien visits Apollo twice a week, and apparently, some of those visits have included her daughter. Copes is also upset because he claims Sherien has pulled their daughter out of school in order to take her to Atlanta for filming and that she’s also getting their daughter tangled up in her new RHOA endeavor.

Sherien is taking shots at her ex and letting him know that she doesn’t really care what he thinks. She posted a text message between herself and a friend, and in it, she makes sure to let everyone know there are “no f**ks given.”

In the screenshot of her text message, Sherien’s friend writes, “I think its funny that your exhusband claims he JUST stopped paying child support because you take your daughter to see AP.. THE LIES!”

At this point, it’s pretty clear that Apollo Nida is dating Sherien Almufti from behind bars. The Inquisitr previously reported that after just over two years in prison and right on the heels of his divorce from Phaedra Parks, Apollo is engaged to a new woman who will be featured on an upcoming episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
