Khloe Kardashian ‘Too Skinny’ In Waist Trainer Pic? ‘Proud’ Of New ‘Revenge Body’ Weight Loss Show


Khloe Kardashian is earning concern from some fans, who are worried that she has taken her weight loss too far. Although some view her as inspiring in her determination to go from the chubby Kardashian sister to the one with the fit and fabulous physique, other fans feel that she looks, as one put it in the comments on a recent photo that she posted, “really sick.”

Khloe flaunted her whittled waistline in a new photo that showed her use of a waist trainer. But to some fans, her “drastic weight loss” was a cause for concern, pointed out Hollywood Life.

“Disturbing,” commented one of her followers.

“You look really sick please go to a Doctor.”

Another contended that she had taken off “enough” weight, warning that her waist was “already snatched… anymore and it’ll be your ribs.”

“I love you but, imma send you some donuts,” offered another fan concerned about the reality TV star.

But while some were worried about her, others described her as “so inspiring.”

Those seeking more inspiration from Kardashian won’t have long to wait, because she has a new TV series, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, set to debut on E! in January, reported ET Online.

Khloe offered a sneak peek on Instagram.

The show follows Kardashian as she helps others “change their bodies and lives,” according to Entertainment Weekly.

But the reality series also offers a look at Khloe’s own war with her weight.

“I was always overweight as a kid. If I was stressed out or sad, I would eat.”

Consequently, Kardashian needed to learn how to channel her “energy into something positive and healthy,” which resulted in her love affair with fitness. Her Revenge Body show features Khloe aided by a team of trainers helping 16 participants make the lifestyle changes needed to succeed with their goals.

“What the f— did I get myself into?” muses one participant.

Kardashian also offers some tough love.

“Either buckle down and take it serious or I’m just going to have to drop you and get somebody new,” she told one weight loss warrior.

For those who participate in Revenge Body, it’s a chance to sweat their way to triumph with help from some of the celebrity world’s most famous fitness experts, including Gunnar Peterson, Luke Milton, Harley Pasternak, Corey Calliet, Latreal Mitchell, Simone De La Rue, Jorge Cruise and Lacey Stone, reported E! News.

In contrast to weight loss shows that focus on the number on the scale, however, Revenge Body seeks to provide complete transformations, emphasized Khloe.

“It’s not about a weight number. It’s about how you feel. Let’s make our haters our biggest motivators.”

Those who participate will both transform their bodies and achieve “revenge on this life that you once had that you won’t even want any more,” she promised.

Turning to Twitter to share her excitement, Kardashian gushed that she has “worked soooo hard” on her new weight loss series.

“I can’t wait for you guys to meet these amazing people! Their journeys are incredible! Proud!!” tweeted the reality TV star.

For those thinking that so much discipline sounds rather grim, Khloe recently shared her own weight loss secrets that include a way to have chocolate and still stay slim.

Kardashian shed 40 pounds, and she continues to focus on eating right as well as exercising, according to Hollywood Life.

But while fitness helps, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star believes that diet plays a key role in weight loss success. Consequently, when she gets a “serious craving,” she’s learned how to manage her yearning.

“When I have a serious craving, I remind myself to exercise portion control,” she revealed.

“I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful.”

As for those workouts, scheduling them in is part of Kardashian’s weight loss regime.

“I wake up around 5AM every day to workout,” she shared. “I always tell myself, ‘You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going.'”
