Duggar Courting News: One Of The ‘Counting On’ Stars Will Be Making A Relationship Announcement — Who Will It Be?
It is always exciting to hear some Duggar courting news and it looks like fans are about to get a treat on Tuesday night. There is expected to be a surprise announcement on TLC during the wedding of Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo as to who is the next one that is currently in a relationship.
The official Counting On Facebook page had posted a teaser for Tuesday night’s show that said one of the older Duggar kids is now courting and that they will be the one who will make the announcement themselves sometime during the show. So, not only do fans get to see Jinger and Jeremy exchange their vows, but they will also get to share in the excitement of yet another courtship in progress.

Who is it that has someone special in their lives? The network pointed out that it is either John David, Jana, Joseph, Josiah, or Joy-Anna. That pretty much sums up the older clan. Duggar fans are already trying to guess which one it is. They could even surprise us further by having more than one of them that is now courting.
While many fans of this reality show are probably hoping that it will be Jana who will make the announcement, it may be more likely that it will be one of her siblings instead. However, you certainly can’t rule her out. She may be pretty good at keeping a secret and flooring everyone with this kind of news. Jana has been working hard at doing some home improvements lately as seen in a few photos posted by the Duggars. This girl knows how to work a hammer and drill and any guy would be lucky to have her for their life partner.
How about her twin brother, John David? He is a steady kind of guy who seems to be ready to meet someone and fall in love. The 26-year-old handy man figures that someone will eventually come along, but he doesn’t seem to be in any rush right now. Just like Jana, it will happen when it happens.
Could it be Joseph Duggar that is now courting? Earlier this year, he was rumored to possibly be hooked up with Carlin Bates of another reality show, Bringing Up Bates. They were seen sitting together and hanging out. However, both families are good friends and so it is expected that all of the kids will end up mingling when they get together. You would think that one of the Duggar kids would hook up with at least one of the Bates family members.
It somehow seems that the two younger members of the Counting On clan, Josiah and Joy-Anna, may be the most likely to be courting right now. Nineteen-year-old Joy was mighty suspicious when she was asked if she was seeing someone special on the reality show a few weeks ago. She didn’t really answer that question directly, but she did have quite a smile on her face.

Then there is Josiah. According to International Business Times, he is the one they believe will be making the announcement during the wedding episode. In fact, it could very well be that he is back with Marjorie Jackson. The twosome stopped seeing each other romantically over a year ago and while most Duggar fans were really hoping that it would work out, it was not to be at that time. Did this couple work it all out and are courting again? Like IBT pointed out, Marjorie did attend Jinger’s bridal shower. But then again, she probably didn’t stop being friends with Josiah’s sisters either.
