‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ Star Joseline Hernandez Admits In Court That She Was Never Married To Stevie J

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez maintained through multiple seasons of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta that they were secretly married. Now the Puerto Rican princess is finally coming clean and admitting what everyone already knew. Bossip revealed documents from her court case against Stevie J, and in them, Joseline admits that she and her LHHATL co-star were never legally married.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Joseline Hernandez is suing Stevie J in order to prove that he is the father of her child. In the court documents, Joseline admitted that she and Stevie were never actually married, even though they claimed to have been ever since Season 3 of LHHATL.

Joseline also charged that Stevie is the father of her child after the former couple slept together back in April. The on-again, off again couple apparently came back together temporarily in April and Joseline maintains that it was that encounter that produced her current pregnancy. It was a declaration of paternity that Joseline had to admit that she and Stevie were not actually married. In fact, if they were married, she wouldn’t have even had to fill out the statement in the first place.

“I and Mr. Steven Jordan were involved in a long-term romantic relationship,” Joseline stated in the court docs. “We engaged in sexual intercourse with each other in the month of April 2016. As a result of the intercourse, I conceived a child with Mr. Jordan.”

In addition to establishing paternity, Joseline has also asked that child support and a parenting plan be set up for the child as well. Joseline and her attorney have been trying to get Stevie to submit to a blood test in order to establish paternity for several months now, but he has refused. Now it looks like Stevie will be forced to prove whether or not he is the father of Joseline’s child. Back in August when Joseline was pushing hard for the paternity test the last time, her attorney maintained that Stevie was not supporting Joseline at all during her pregnancy, whether it be financially or emotionally. It looks like the Puerto Rican princess has been forced to take care of herself and her unborn baby all by herself.

Stevie J has previously denied that he is the father of her child and instead, chalked up Joseline’s claims to her looking for attention and lashing out at him after their very bad breakup. Stevie even attempted at one point to have a protective order placed against Joseline after she made claims on social media that he was molesting his daughter, Eva, whom he fathered with another Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-star Mimi Faust.

Stevie had also admitted months ago that he and Joseline were never married. Up until the recent court filing, Joseline continued to claim that they were married, but despite many members of the LHHATL cast and even a producer asking for proof of the marriage, neither Stevie or Joseline ever produced a marriage license.

According to VH1, Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez are expected to go to court over the paternity suit next month. Let’s just hope she doesn’t go into labor first because Joseline is due to have her baby in January, 2017.
