Bethenny Frankel Divorce: ‘RHONY’ Star Donating All Furniture From Tribeca Apartment

Bethenny Frankel has been very excited about her divorce coming to an end after almost four years. Frankel announced that she was splitting from her estranged husband Jason Hoppy years ago after she wrapped up the third season of Bethenny Ever After. Even though he supported her during her travels to Los Angeles where she pursued her dream of having a reality show, things quickly went sour between them. Frankel hasn’t publicly talked about why they divorced, as she wants to protect her daughter.

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is now trying to clean up her past. Frankel sold her Tribeca apartment that her ex-husband had been living in for several years in just one day, making a huge profit on the property. After the Real Housewives of New York reunion ended, Frankel revealed that it was heartbreaking to walk through her old apartment, an apartment she bought with the sale of Skinnygirl and she picked all of the finishings in the place. Her ex-husband ended up living in the apartment for four years. Now that she’s sold the apartment, Bethenny wants to move on completely and this includes giving away her furniture.

“Donating all my furniture from my old & sold apt. It’s in Jersey City if any charitable organizations want to pick it up by tomorrow,” Bethenny Frankel revealed on Twitter this week, sharing that she needs to get rid of all the furniture that wasn’t a part of the sale.

And since the apartment was sold in a day, it sounds like Bethenny Frankel needs to clear out the home soon so the new residents can move on. Several people reached out to her, sharing that it was admirable for her to donate all of the furniture to charities that could use them rather than sell them off and make a profit.

“This is so Sweet! You are the ONLY really rich reality TV business woman I know of that does NOT throw it in our faces! XOXO,” one person revealed in response to Bethenny’s tweet about donating all of her furniture from her Tribeca apartment to charity, while another added, “out with the old and many blessings for the new!!!”

“You are an awesome fierce angel. Yes, you should run for prez. Your spirit, so huge beyond the sky!” one person wrote in response to Frankel’s tweet, while another added, “with all due respect to the vultures – don’t really think any of these causes can ever compare to the needs of a Lupus patient?”

But several people already had a few charities in mind that could benefit from her furniture. Some people said that they were teachers and could use the furniture for their classrooms. Other people suggested the furniture for people in need. Bethenny Frankel never wrote back to her followers, but one can imagine that she has found someone who will take all of the furniture from her and redistribute it to people in need. One can imagine that Bethenny just wants to get rid of it and move on.

“This teacher needs some stuff. Would like to know which charitable org will pick it up, so that I can go support them,” one person suggested, hoping to get the furniture for a class room, while others suggested, “Where other than Twitter have you announced this charitable offer? Certainly a fine gesture but extremely short notice. I will retweet,” and “And this is why I love you!! Sure wish I was close so we could use this for The Home Again Project.”
