Pippa Middleton had to deal with iCloud hacks and other pesky business right after she announced that she is engaged, but now that’s all taken care of, she can fully enjoy the moment with her fiance James Matthews. With the wedding date confirmed and Pippa still looking for a wedding dress, Pippa and James’ next couple of months are going to be hectic!
But that doesn’t mean that they are not taking time for themselves as the autumn folds into winter.
“It’s three months since their engagement, but the celebratory glow still hasn’t worn off for Pippa Middleton and her fiance James,” reports the Daily Mail. “The couple looked love up as they shared a joke while strolling along arm-in-arm with their dogs […] Accompanying the pair on the walk were Pippa’s cocker spaniel Rafa and James’s black Labrador. It was the first time the couple have been pictured together since their engagement was revealed in August.”
With their dogs, Pippa and James oozed the sense of loving couple. It looks like now is the perfect time for the couple to get hitched!
But they will have to wait until spring is in full swing next year.
“A friend of the bride-to-be (and world’s most famous bridesmaid!) [said] that the big day is scheduled for May 2017,” reports People Magazine.
“Of course she is super excited and already planning everything,” the friend said to the magazine.
She also commented that they “have a lot in common” and that many people think very well of her fiance.
“[H]e’s charming and old-fashioned,” the friend said. “Everyone thinks he’s quite the catch.”
The fact that James Matthews is thought well of in British high society is a good thing as his brother Spencer has kicked up a lot of dust by being involved in reality TV. As a matter of fact, Spencer is known for all the ridiculous things he had said on camera.
He starred in Made in Chelsea, “allegedly snorting cocaine,” and making it publicly known that he “lost his virginity at 13” and that he “bedded over 1,000 women,” according to Telegraph UK.
Unlike James, he keeps active social media accounts, posting lots of selfies to promote various brands that hired him.
As the wedding date nears, Pippa’s fans are getting more and more curious about the details of the event. Many are curious of Kate Middleton will take a big role in the wedding, but many of the critics think that she will not take up a lot of room on the actual day.
“Kate would upstage her sister,” an expert told the Daily Mail. “It’s a tricky situation for Pippa. She would want her sister by her side, as who else would she trust to make things go well? How can you compete with Kate who got married at Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace? This way, Pippa can keep it private and very personal.”
Pippa Middleton is also diligently working on her wedding dress so that it can be completed well in time for the May 2017 wedding. She also has reportedly sent out the “Save the Date” cards so that all her socialite friends and family can join.
“Pippa Middleton and fiance James Matthews have fixed a date for their wedding next year, I can reveal – and she looks set to walk down the aisle in style in a £10,000 gown,” reports Daily Mail. “Pippa is having some luxurious ‘Save The Date’ invitations made, which will be sent to family and friends inside their Christmas cards. And the 33-year-old is determined her gown overshadows the dress that she wore to sister Kate’s wedding.”
