One Direction’s Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne Together Again?
One Direction’s Harry Styles has made his mission pretty clear over the past year. Harry is very busy rebranding himself and the rest of 1D by proxy. While Styles is defining himself as more than just another handsome face, Liam Payne is staying in touch with everyone. Is Payne the coordinator for operation hiatus?
Liam Payne has been the glue that holds One Direction together throughout the hiatus. Whenever anyone asks Harry Styles, Niall Horan, or Louis Tomlinson if they have heard from any other band members lately the consistent answer is always that they spoke with Liam.
Liam Payne met with both Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson back in February according to this from the Inquisitr. Styles, Tomlinson, Payne, and Horan allegedly met in London immediately before the Brit awards this year, but only Payne and Tomlinson attended the awards ceremony, to accept the award.
One Direction’s Harry Styles is rebranding and building credibility like a man possessed. Styles has established ties with a broad spectrum of extremely serious musicians including rock and roll royalty like Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Elton John, and Mick Jagger. Harry also acted in a movie with one of the most prestigious directors in the business, Christopher Nolan.
Meanwhile, Louis Tomlinson has, as far as anyone knows, spent the entire hiatus locked away in or near his home. What is Louis doing? No one is sure, but Tomlinson has surrounded himself with women. Not only is Tomlinson dealing with his baby’s mother and his girlfriend, but also the all-girl band he is managing according to Forbes. Strangely no one has seen the girls, and their identities are being kept secret for now.

With One Direction’s Harry Styles very busy, Liam Payne seems to be rescuing Louis Tomlinson and finally getting him out of the house, or wherever he’s been, avoiding the paparazzi, and back into music. Louis and Liam have registered a song together according to Unreality TV.
Louis Tomlinson’s baby’s mother and his girlfriend have gotten a lot of negative social media attention and some really bad press, followed by virtually no press for Tomlinson. Louis has had some nasty Twitter encounters as well. If Tomlinson is trying to rebrand, the social media trolls are thwarting his efforts. Meanwhile, Louis doesn’t seem to get out much.
Harry Styles fans are upset according to Unreality TV, that Harry is not involved in the song project Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are working on. While some are interpreting this as a dis, it is highly unlikely that Styles feels dissed in the least. Harry is working on a lot of projects, and he is incredibly busy as always.
Liam Payne is probably just trying to help Louis Tomlinson get back on track with his career. Liam is the logical one to help Louis because he is apparently at the center of the band’s communications network.

All the other band members are working on solo albums according to Forbes, but if Louis has a record coming out, it is quite a top secret project.
The One Direction hiatus plan seems to involve the band members not being spotted together publicly. Why is unclear, but it seems obvious that the group is avoiding those photo ops that include being seen as a group. It is probably part of the band’s rebranding plan or some contractual obligation they are trying to wait out.

There has not seemed to be any direct contact between Lewis and Harry since spring until this week. Suddenly, though, just as Liam decides to write a song with Louis, a miracle happens, or at least a Harry Styles intervention.
Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson were spotted together following a grand opening for Louis Tomlinson’s sister’s new beauty business. Harry, who has either been too busy or keeping himself away from Louis for branding and publicity purposes, was photographed with Louis and here it is on Twitter. Why? Is Louis OK? Perhaps Harry and Liam are concerned about him for some reason? Maybe it is just time to be seen together again.

One Direction’s Harry Styles is working hard on rebranding himself and 1D as more adult and credible. His Another Man article and photo shoot did wonders, so did his acting debut, and when his albums are released, that should seal the perception of Harry as legendary, provided the music lives up to everyone’s expectations.
Zayn Malik has established his viability in a number of areas as well. His first solo single hit the top of the charts, and his album has done very well also. Zayn’s music sounds great, and he is really maturing as an artist. He’s also written a book, and is working to design his own Zayn x Versus clothing line. He is also preparing to co-produce a TV series called Boys.
One Direction’s Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Niall Horan all plan to release their own albums in 2017. All of them have been in the studio except Louis Tomlinson. Tomlinson’s activities during this time remain rather mysterious. One could wonder if Louis has given up on his music career. That is probably why Liam included him in a collaboration and duet, just to get him back on track musically speaking.
The One Direction hiatus has obviously been planned out to achieve a number of personal goals for Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and Liam Payne. Liam is facilitating those goals as some sort of intermediary. Louis wanted to spend time with his son, but now perhaps he wants to get back on track with his music as well.
