‘Married At First Sight’ Season 4 Spoilers: Sonia Moves Back With Nick, ‘MAFS’ Couple Sees Twins In Their Future [WATCH]

The finale episode of Married At First Sight Season 4 airs Tuesday, Oct. 25, on FYI. In “Til Death Do Us Part,” MAFS couples Nick Pendergrast and Sonia Granados and Tom Wilson and Lillian Vilchez will face the experts and decide if they want to stay together after the six-week social experiment is over.

In the sneak peek clip for the Married At First Sight Season 4 finale, it definitely seemed like Nick and Sonia had a better chance of staying married compared to Tom and Lillian. While working on their vision board, Nick and Sonia realized that they both have the same plans for the future.

“I see myself having a business I don’t have to be here to be able to run and we can travel. Do whatever we want, from wherever we want,” Nick told Sonia.

The Married At First Sight Season 4 couple also talked about having kids in the future, with Nick saying that he actually wanted to have twins someday. Seeing how Nick has become quite open in talking about their future, Sonia cannot help but feel optimistic that maybe their marriage could end up working after all.

“I want to get married because I wanted to have a partner, a best friend, someone who I can go through life with. It’s pretty cool to see that maybe one day, if Nick and I are together for a very long time, there’s a chance we can have children and all that stuff.”

During this time, Sonia still refused to move back with Nick. Married At First SightSeason 4 fans could recall that the 33-year-old social worker moved out after Nick insinuated that the MAFS experts made a mistake matching them. Nick lashed out at his wife after Sonia repeatedly asked him to open up more about his feelings.

“She constantly calls me out on random things like not being open. What the f**k am I not being open about? Tell me how you want me to be open. What is opening up? What do you want me top open up about? Tell me! I don’t like her! That’s opening up! I can’t open up any more than that. I don’t think she’s attractive, and I’m not attracted to her, and that is me opening up to the fullest f**king extent,” he explained.

After speaking to Pastor Calvin Roberson, one of the Married At First Sight Season 4 experts, Nick and Sonia decided to start fresh and put the past behind them. This is where the couple also revealed that they consummated their marriage more than once, which explained why Nick’s outburst hurt Sonia even more.

Nick Pendergrast and Sonia Granados, however, clearly came a long way after that huge hurdle in their relationship. Although it was taking a lot of work to convince Sonia to move back in, Nick is not giving up.

“I miss my wife. She’s a great person, she’s got a great heart, and she is very attractive. Whenever she feels willing to move back, then she is welcome back,” he said.

Nick is also ready to build their relationship from the ground up. Rather than forcing Sonia to fall in love with him, the 32-year-old vacation rental manager believed that it is far more important to cultivate a friendship with his new wife.

“I wanted to fall in love with someone and be married and live happily ever after. Commitment is just not giving up and keep trying and working through things even if it means starting over from scratch,” he said.

Nick’s efforts seemed to have paid off. In the sneak peek clip for the Married At First Sight Season 4 finale episode, Sonia revealed that she has finally decided to move back in with Nick, a week before the decision day.

“It’s a restart for them. I just hope it’s not too late,” MAFS Season 4 expert Rachel DeAlto said.
