Selena Gomez is reportedly not having an easy time in rehab. It has been previously reported that the singer was taking a break from the music industry and spending time in rehab to help treat the mental symptoms of lupus, which include anxiety and depression. However, sources close to Selena allege that she's currently in rehab for different issues.
Though Gomez has checked into rehab for anxiety and depression, In Touch Weekly has reported she has not had an easy time there. One of the alleged sources insists that she is not getting along with the recovery program or staff.
"Selena keeps saying she feels like hell," the insider told the publication, while adding that the 24-year-old has been having "horrific nightmares" while at the facility.
Gomez's life has been spiraling out of control due to her alleged partying and drinking. While she understands she needs the help to recovery, she's not having an easy time whiles staying at the Brookhaven Retreat in Seymour, Tennessee, according to the source.
"A few weeks ago, she called her friends and family and told them she felt trapped," the insider added.
According to a report via The Hollywood Gossip, Gomez's problems run much deeper than partying and dating Justin Bieber. It's so bad that even her friends and family members are worried about her, claims another source.
"Everyone is worried," a second source told In Touch. "Selena keeps saying she feels like hell and wants to leave the facility or go switch to outpatient treatment."
That is not an option for Gomez, at the moment. Another source previously confirmed to the outlet that Gomez is expected to stay there for "a few months." Gomez has been focused on "exercising, meditating, and reading a lot" while "staying out of the spotlight and learning to focus on herself," according to Hollywood Life. In addition, Gomez also needs to cut the "negative" people out of her life, and she has already written a list of people she won't see once she returns to Los Angeles.
The singer has since been spotted outside the treatment facility since announcing on Aug. 30 that she was taking a break from the spotlight. Gomez proceeded to cancel the remaining dates on her Revival World Tour. In the new photos published on the Daily Mail on Oct. 18, Gomez was seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a cigarette in her hand. The British outlet identified Gomez as the one who was smoking the cigarette. Also, according to the outlet, Gomez appeared to be relaxed and happy while getting some fresh air outside of the rehab facility. She didn't look "miserable" as previous outlets have claimed. Gomez looked like she was in incredible health and in good hands. She also debuted her new shorter hairstyle, which was tucked behind her ears, as noted by Hollywood Life.

Though "nothing has been confirmed from both singers," the singer-songwriter has reportedly been visiting Gomez at the treatment facility, according to Movie News Guide.

"Selena Gomez is dating Ed Sheeran! This is the rumor that has started circulating lately and even said that the British singer has visited the facility where Gomez is being treated. Taylor Swift is a common friend of the two singers. They were reportedly getting cozy with each other during Tom Hiddleston's ex-girlfriend's concert. The possibility that the two are being set up together is big because of Swift. Sheeran was reportedly fine with a relationship with Justin Bieber's ex but she did not pursue it."A new boyfriend should be the last thing on the singer's mind, as of right now. But if she is happy and healthy because of her treatment and Sheeran, then that's all that matters. What are your thoughts on Gomez dating Sheeran? Do you think she should be focused on her recovery instead? Sound off below in the comments section.
