Have Katie Holmes And Jamie Foxx Set A Wedding Date? Tom Cruise May Not Be On Board

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx may not have gone public with their relationship quite yet, but new reports suggest they will soon be married.

As the alleged couple stays mum on their possible romance, it is being reported that Katie Holmes will say her “I dos” by Christmas of this year. However, at the same time, a source has mentioned that Katie Holmes’ first husband, Tom Cruise, may not be on board with his daughter, 10-year-old Suri Cruise, having a second father.

On October 21, the iTech Post claimed Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s wedding ceremony would take place this November and noted that the 37-year-old actress had recently been spotted with what looked like a diamond engagement ring. According to the outlet, the same ring had been seen on Katie Holmes last December at a party and quickly prompted rumors of a possible engagement between Holmes and Foxx.

In addition to the reports of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx’s allegedly upcoming wedding, the rumored couple has also faced allegations of potential plans to welcome a child, or children, together.

“They’re both such great parents, and they’ve been talking about starting a family together for awhile now. They added that fans should expect an announcement from the couple within the next couple months,” a source close to the couple said, according to iTech Post. “They’re slowly coming around to the idea of allowing their relationship to be known but they want to keep it private for as long as they can. They’re so in love, and keeping it all quiet makes Katie that much more crazy about Jamie. She feels like she’s hit gold with her new husband.”

As Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx reportedly prepare to wed, the outlet claimed the actress has grown scared that her former husband, Tom Cruise, may get angry if their daughter Suri gets a new father figure in her life. Although Cruise and his daughter have reportedly been estranged for years, the report claimed he would not be keen on a replacement being welcomed into her life.

Weeks ago, Radar Online shared a report in which it was revealed that Katie Holmes had desperately agreed to keep her love life private for 5 years after her divorce from Cruise. As the outlet explained, Holmes agreed to the restriction because she simply wanted to end her marriage as quickly and painless as possible.

“[Katie Holmes] signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” the source claimed. “She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri. Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.”

While Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have managed to keep their relationship somewhat private, they have also been caught together numerous times and during one instance, the alleged couple was seen holding one another’s hands in what appeared to be a studio. Around the same time, a video surfaced of them dancing together.

Earlier this year, Katie Holmes’ romance with Foxx was believed to have been confirmed by his friend, former Real Housewives star Claudia Jordan, who claimed they were happy together before quickly back peddling on her statements.
