Hallmark Channel: Good Witch: Secrets of Grey House (The Enchantress) Movie Synopsis

Cassie Nightingale is back at it in Middleton, and this time, she is welcoming newcomer Jessica Carrington, a fantasy book writer, and her editor, Sean, to Grey House. Jessica Carrington wants to advertise her latest book, and Cassie encourages her to throw her launch party in Middleton. To pull it off, Middleton needs to undergo a transformation from a charming little town to a mysterious and spooky town, called Tarynsville, the fictitious location in Jessica’s book.

Even Middleton’s mayor, Martha Tinsdale, helps ensure that they dress Middleton to impress. Cassie is excited to help Jessica since their writing styles, which are geared toward the mysterious, are similar.

Meanwhile, Cassie is still vying for Dr. Sam Radford’s attention, but his duties at the hospital take up all of his time. He has already missed a dinner date with her at the Lights Festival. But when she finds out that one of Sam’s patients died on the operating table, she begins to understand why Sam has been so distant. Giving him the space he needs allows Cassie to step back and analyze her true feelings for him.

And while the love connection is on cool for Sam and Cassie, the Enchantress sparks a new love connection that may be heating up between Jessica and her editor.

The Cast of Good Witch: Secrets of Grey House (The Enchantress)

Actress Catherine Bell (via Hallmark Channel)

“Catherine Bell is best known for her work as the headstrong Marine Corps attorney Lt. Sarah ‘Mac’ MacKenzie on the action drama series ‘JAG’ and in the ensemble drama series ‘Army Wives,’ as Denise Sherwood. Bell has also generated a loyal fan base with Hallmark Channel’s “The Good Witch” movie franchise, always among the highest-rated original movie premieres on the network. Starring as Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Nightingale, Bell completed seven Original Movies in the franchise, including ‘The Good Witch,’ ‘The Good Witch’s Garden,’ ‘The Good Witch’s Gift,’ ‘The Good Witch’s Family,’ ‘The Good Witch’s Charm,’ ‘The Good Witch’s Destiny’ and ‘The Good Witch’s Wonder.'”

Actor James Denton (via Hallmark Channel)

“As one of the stars of the Golden Globe® and SAG Award-winning ‘Desperate Housewives,’ Denton started building his Hollywood career with performances in such films as ‘Primary Colors,’ ‘Face/Off’ and ‘That Old Feeling,’ but soon off-beat roles in adventurous TV series were claiming his time. In 1997 Denton landed the role of the eerily sociopathic Mr. Lyle on NBC’s hit drama, ‘The Pretender.’ The series’ multi-year run was followed by ‘The Pretender’ television films, ‘Pretender 2001’ and ‘Pretender: The Island of the Haunted.'”
