‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tragedy Strikes Port Charles And A Week Of Surprises Are Unveiled
General Hospital spoilers indicate this week will be a week to remember. Last week left fans hanging when Julian’s (William deVry) car exploded just as Morgan (Bryan Craig) exited it. With Jason (Billy Miller) on the scene, things are going to be incredibly emotional. Immediately he jumps in to look for Morgan and drag him to safety, but it appears that he can’t find him. This prompts Jason to call Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and ask him to get down to the scene of the explosion. Rumor has it that Morgan Corinthos will be recast as Bryan Craig opted out of his contract earlier than expected. If that is the case, General Hospital writers could have another actor step in on the premise he was badly burned and needed some reconstructive surgery.
With Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) resigning as commissioner, the fans are trying to decide who should step up for the position. According to We Love Soaps, General Hospital spoilers are revealing that Curtis (Donnell Turner) will get an offer he can’t refuse. He has been desperately trying to get back on the police force, teaming up with Jordan and Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) to work on cases. It was apparent that he wasn’t a cop because of Jordan holding things up, not because of his lack of ability. With everything that has transpired, it would be nice to see someone like Curtis running the Port Charles police force.
Lulu (Emme Rylan) has been trying to find out where her other embryo ended up. After the explosion at Crichton-Clark, it was anyone’s guess as to whether or not it was moved elsewhere or destroyed in the tragedy. General Hospital writers have been hinting that Dante and Lulu may soon have another child and with spoilers saying she gets some good news this week, things might change for these two sooner than expected. Right now, Dante is dealing with the Morgan crisis and trying to control how Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) are going to react to the news. Could this be a huge break in the once strong Corinthos family?
The news of the hospital closing has reached Monica (Leslie Charleson), and she is enlisting Tracy (Jane Elliot) to help her. General Hospital spoilers hint the two will work together to fix the hospital crisis, and that is good news for fans of the show. While a lot of the show is filmed in other locations, the hospital has been a staple since the beginning. Without the scenes at the nurses’ station or in the rooms, there would be a little piece of the show missing. The Quartermaines have a lot of pull, and with both Monica and Tracy working to save something they love, things will start to turn around for sure.
In just a few weeks, General Hospital will be airing the sweeps storylines. The explosion was likely a lead into something much bigger. Sonny called off whatever was planned, but it appears it wasn’t fixed in time. Speculation has been that Carly may leave Sonny over what happens to Morgan. She begged and pleaded with him not to exact revenge on Julian, and now, one of her sons ended up hurt again. First, it was Michael and now Morgan. This has the potential to be huge for the “CarSon” (Carly and Sonny) fans. It is unknown what the outcome of all of this will be, but it appears that it will change Port Charles forever.

Fans have been complaining about the lack of decent storylines, and now that there has been a change in direction, the viewers should be glued to the television once again.
