Hollywood Life had said that Miley Cyrus was seen without a ring at LAX. Surely, merely the absence of ring may not be a huge decider of what’s really going on in the relationship, but there are surely other signs of what’s really going on between the two. The Inquisitr had stated that Miley Cyrus had a possible meltdown before she appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. However, E! later clarified that it was all okay. The two were also spotted in Malibu grabbing some food. However, the two were not together when they were seen.

It’s Miley’s general inability to give their relationship any real public acknowledgement that may have led to this. In a recent interview with Elle magazine, Miley Cyrus called Liam Hemsworth her “boyfriend.” One would think that with the ring on the finger, Miley could do better than calling Liam her boyfriend.

However, for some reason, Miley Cyrus has been hesitant about calling what Liam really is–her fiancé, even on the set of The Voice.

The Hollywood Life has reported that she introduces him as something else each day.

“He is something else every day she introduces him. But it’s not something that is done deliberately, it’s just something in the moment.”

The sources have said that Miley has called Liam all sorts of things on the set of The Voice. “Miley has introduced Liam to the other judges and crew of The Voice in every way imaginable,” a source told exclusively.

The sources have clearly said that Miley refrained from using any labels for Liam. “She told the crew his name without any label but Mark Burnett and Carson Daly got the fiancé treatment. Occasionally she has called Liam her ‘boyfriend’ and corrected herself or not corrected herself.” Do you think it’s a bit worrying that Miley is not ready to call Liam her fiancé yet?

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s relationship history goes back to 2009 and since then, the two have broken up and got together a few times. It was in the same year that Miley referred to Liam as her “best friend.” However, in 2010, things went up a notch and the two made a red carpet appearance. Now, that was a huge leap!

However, in 2010, they broke up. But later that year the two were seen together again. But, they broke up again that year for some “time out.” The two got back on in 2011. It was in 2012 that Miley was spotted wearing a ring. The two announced their engagement that year as well. However, in 2013, Miley was spotted without a ring again. Many thought the wedding was off. In 2013, Billy Ray Cyrus admits he didn’t know if the two would get back together.

“They’re young, they’re kids. The great news is that they’re great friends. And if you end up getting married, that’s your business too, you know?”

However, in August 2013, the two were seen together again. However, in September 2013, Miley unfollowed Liam on Twitter and she broke down while performing “Wrecking Ball.” Miley dated Patrick Schwarzenegger for a while. Since then Miley and Liam have been spotted together several times. And Miley finally put that ring back on, Cosmopolitan has reported. It’s hard to say where Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth will go from here, but one thing is for sure–it can’t be predicted.
