‘Dance Moms’ Season 6 Spoilers: Is Abby Lee Miller Closing The Dance Studio?
As its ratings steadily decline, Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers have been abounding all over the Internet in a desperate bid for the show to stay relevant and on the air. Now, however, the latest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers suggest that it’s not only the end of the line for Dance Moms on Lifetime, but that it’s also the end of the line for the Abby Lee Miller Dance Studio.

According to the International Business Times, the latest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers are revealed in the promotion for the upcoming episode. In it, the elite team mothers told Abby that if she didn’t want to work with their daughters anymore, she need only “say the word.” And Abby, of course, has made her decision, asking the girls, “is this the end of the road for me? Is this the end of the road for all of you?” Furthermore, according to Lifetime’s synopsis of the show, it looks like the studio will “continue to favor the minis,” so at the very least, it looks like the elites are on their own.
Even though it looks like Season 6 might be the last season for the show, especially as the original cast members begin to leave en masse, the latest Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers put forth by ChattSportsNet suggest the opposite. In fact, according to the site, Abby still hasn’t given up her dream of finding the best dancers for the show, and has, in fact, begun casting for Season 7 of Dance Moms!
According to the site, the new season of the show will have an early 2017 premiere, and Abby has already cast Camryn Bridges and Daviana Fletcher as being officially part of her team. As is par for the course, these girls will show off their dance skills, but will experience “difficulty” in fitting in with the rest of the cast.
In addition, fans of Jojo Siwa will be disappointed to know that she is not, in fact, returning to the show, as evidenced by Abby’s post on social media bragging about her team’s “win” at Dublin High School, which decidedly did not include Jojo as part of the winning team.
But between the mass exodus of the longtime favorite dancers, and the pending fraud charges against Abby (for which she just might spend some time in jail), the ratings of the show have been on a steady decline. Does it really make sense for the show to continue?
According to Reality Tea’s latest round of Dance Moms Season 6 spoilers, it absolutely does make sense for the show to continue, if for no other reason than to watch Abby’s total and complete meltdown as her “dreams” crash and burn.
It is schadenfreude, to be sure, to watch Abby completely fall apart, but given how absolutely horrible she was to all of the girls from the very beginning, it’s also a bit of poetic justice.
In fact, Reality Tea put it best when they said that Dance Moms has become less about the dancers and more about Abby.
“Is ninety minutes of Dance Moms really necessary, Lifetime? How much footage could you possibly have? The season is already going to be at least a hundred episodes long, so do we need to be subjected to super-sized episodes each week? Oh well. More air time for Abby Lee Miller at least!”
It should be interesting to see how Dance Moms continues to carry on once Abby goes to prison for fraud.
