Sherri Shepherd Seeking Surrogate For Second Child

Sherri Shepherd has said she is seeking a surrogate mother to help her grow her family and give her young son a little brother or sister.

Speaking to Rachael Ray in an upcoming appearance on the chef’s daytime show (airing Monday), the 45-year-old The View host said she was still seeking a suitable surrogate:

“I’m trying to have another baby you know, I’m still trying … still looking for a uterus.”

And, when Sherri Shepherd does find her surrogate, the lucky chosen lady will be handsomely rewarded with an eye-catching package for her troubles. Speaking to any potential surrogates out there, the comedienne promised:

“I’ll give you a free weave and a Hyundai for a year.”

Shepherd already has a 7-year-old son, Jeffrey, with her ex-husband Jeff Tarpley, who she divorced from in 2009. Since then, the star tied the knot in August 2011 with second husband Lamar Sally, and now she’d like to add another new face to the Shepherd and Sally household.

However, the chat show host confesses to Ray that she’ll face difficulties in her quest:

“I don’t know how we’re going to have this baby because I’m in my forties and I can’t even remember my first son’s name. But I’m going to have another baby because I’m feeling good.”

Here’s hoping Sherri Shepherd finds the surrogate of her dreams. Are you a fan of Sherri and the rest of The View crew?
