Does Alexis Bellino Hold A Grudge Against Peggy Tanous For Dating Her Husband?

Alexis Bellino felt completely attacked by the other ladies when she was filming The Real Housewives of Orange County a few years back. Many of the ladies felt that she was constantly trying to show off her wealth and her money, even though some of the ladies had heard rumors about personal bankruptcy. Alexis merely tried to fit in, and she was surprised to see such a lack of support from women who she thought were friends. So when Peggy Tanous joined the show, the two clicked. But it didn’t take long for the friendship to see some strain, and when Peggy revealed that she had once dated Alexis Bellino’s husband, Bellino wanted little to do with Tanous.

According to a new Bravo report, Alexis Bellino has apparently no interest in fixing her friendship with her former friend, and Peggy believes that it could have something to do with the dating story. Interestingly enough, Tanous’ story seems to be very different from Jim Bellino’s story. While Peggy revealed that they had dated a few times, Jim called Tanous a stalker and said she had broken into his house. Alexis Bellino stood by her husband, according to Reality Tea.

“I think for her, it was a big blow to her to find out we had gone out,” Peggy has revealed to Bravo about Alexis Bellino finding out about her husband once dating Tanous, adding, “Unfortunately, I don’t feel like she could ever move past that. So I think we’re friendly, we get along, we say hi, we’re cordial, we see each other at events. And I think that’s fine. But I don’t think we would ever pursue a friendship because I think to her it’s just a weirdness that like, ‘Oh, this person used to date my husband,’ even though it was a very casual dating thing, I think for her it’s just a weirdness. I don’t have a weirdness with it, but I think she does. I could be wrong, but that is my feeling.”

Of course, Tanous has no interest in causing more trouble and her own husband doesn’t care about her once dating Alexis Bellino’s husband. In fact, Micah Tanous understands that his wife had a past before him, and unlike Alexis, he doesn’t mind hearing about it on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

“No. He’s like me. He’s, like, the most secure person. He could care less,” she reveals about her own husband, adding, “He’s like, ‘Hey, I’m the one that married you. I’m with you every day. Like, I could care less.'”

Bellino had a hard time listening to Peggy talk about Jim possibly being rather gifted between his legs. Alexis felt that as a friend, she should not be speaking about the past. Anything that Jim did before getting married to her should be forgotten and should not be brought up, especially on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Bellino wanted the ladies to respect her marriage. As for these days, the two ladies don’t talk much to one another.

“We’re not really in the same crowds. So I don’t really think that there would be a reason. It’s not, like, a bad thing. But I just don’t think there’d be a reason to rekindle the friendship,” she revealed about Alexis Bellino, sharing that she probably would entertain a friendship if Alexis called her about starting over.

But as Tanous points out, Bellino may not have an interest in being friends with someone, who once dated her husband.
