Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill Squash Split Rumors: Moving In Together Ahead Of Wedding?

It seems as if Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill are still going strong, despite reports claiming that the couple was heading for a nasty split.

The twosome has made plans to lease a mansion in Beverly Hills that will set them back $30,000 a month, but the price seems rather worth it when considering all of the perks that come with living in this beautiful home.

The Beverly Hills 11,500 square-foot mansion sports nine bedrooms, has its own swimming pool, a gigantic garage that holds up to five vehicles, eight bathrooms, and a massive cinema room, where the twosome will most definitely find themselves watching plenty of movies on the big screen.

So why the sudden decision to move out to Beverly Hills?

Earlier this year, it was alleged that Meek was upset with Nicki because she allegedly wanted to stay in Los Angeles while the rapper was completing his house arrest in Philadelphia, as instructed by a judge, for violating his probation after attending the 2015 American Music Awards without the court’s permission.

It was claimed that Meek Mill didn’t feel as if Nicki was being a supportive girlfriend, but she argued that her businesses are all located in California. From expanding her clothing lines to working on new music with a tight schedule in mind, Minaj couldn’t drop all of her plans to spend her time in Philadelphia with Meek.

Eventually, however, the female rapper managed to make it work, reportedly flying back and forth in the hopes of keeping Meek happy and showing him that she was committed to the relationship while running her million-dollar empire.

But now that Meek is free to travel all around the country, Mill has made the decision to move out to sunny California with Nicki — a source reveals that it just makes more sense for the couple. Nicki can handle all of her businesses while Meek will find himself in a different environment, away from trouble that would often follow him in Philadelphia.

It is also said that Meek and Nicki Minaj’s decision to move out to Beverly Hills could potentially be part of their early plans to prepare for their wedding. In 2015, reports alleged that the “It’s Me” rapper had proposed to Minaj, handing her a stunning engagement ring, which Nicki continues to claim was simply “just a gift” from her boyfriend.

News outlets seem to think otherwise. Nicki has been very vocal in stressing that she wants to have children and get married shortly, so moving into her $30,000 a month mansion could be her first step in settling down and gearing up those plans, presumably starting with plans to get married.

E! Online reveals, “Nicki and Meek took their relationship public in 2015 after rumors swirled for months that a 15-carat diamond ring on that finger implied an engagement.”

Nicki Minaj’s move out to California comes in the midst of her brother, Jelani Maraj, facing up to twenty years in prison for allegedly raping a 12-year-old minor, Perez Hilton reveals. Reports claim that the semen found on the unidentified girl’s clothes matched Jelani’s, meaning that it will be extremely difficult for Nicki’s brother to fight the case with all the evidence that has built itself up against him.
