‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor’s Scheme With Bethany Progresses, Jack Confronts Phyllis, And Victoria Agrees To Talk To Travis

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday’s show tease that Victor’s plan to frame someone else for the Adam situation moves forward and this will shake things up in Genoa City. During Tuesday’s show, viewers saw Bethany receive a lot of money and after approaching both Billy and Phyllis about it, she confronted Victor. Where are things headed in the August 17 show?

According to SheKnows Soaps, Paul and Kevin will review video surveillance footage that shows Bethany at the bus station taking the money out of the locker. Kevin will see this as an opportunity to prove that Chloe had nothing to do with Victor or setting up Adam, but Paul isn’t so sure and he again points out that the case is closed. However, he does decide to send someone to the bus station to collect evidence.

Viewers will see Chloe spending some time at Delia’s memorial and she cries as she talks about what she has done and how she has to live with that. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Mariah will confront Sharon and Dylan about the fact he has been sleeping on the couch, and during the discussion, Sharon apologizes to Dylan and they smooth things over.

Kevin soon arrives to talk to Dylan about the Bethany situation, and Sharon encourages her husband to head out to join the investigation. Kevin will chat with Mariah about Chloe and he notices the flowers he had sent to Chloe. This causes some tense discussion and after Mariah storms off, Sharon pushes him to pull it together and see what is right in front of him.

As Bethany confronts Victor he will initially try to play coy, but Young and Restless spoilers share that he will soon tell her that by taking the money and leaving town, Adam will end up cleared. As she pieces together his intentions, she tells him that she wants $3 million and he gets her set up with the money and a plane ticket.

Once Bethany leaves Newman Enterprises, Victor will call someone to let them know she is on the move. Chloe will soon arrive and figure out that the woman she just saw is the person Victor is framing and he insists that both Chloe and Adam will be in the clear. Chloe frets about things, noting that Delia would have enjoyed being a big sister to Bella, and she says she is going to focus on her little girl.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Jack will confront Phyllis about lying to him. He will bring up how he knows she is working with Victor to interfere in Summer’s wedding, and the two argue as she pushes against what she feels is lecturing and his treating her like a child.

Viewers saw Victoria tell Billy that she turned down Travis’ offer to sail away due to him, and she will talk about how they are connected via their kids. She notes that it has been nice spending time with him, and Phyllis will happen to listen in from just outside the door. She soon asks for a minute with Victoria, and she pushes Vikki to connect with Travis for Summer’s sake. Though Victoria is resistant, she ends up agreeing to try.

Dylan and Paul will work together at the bus station to gather evidence and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that they will find a print that points toward Bethany. At this point, Paul will give Dylan his gun and badge back and they head off together to continue the investigation. A search of her hotel room will be done and Dylan finds wigs within the mess of the room.

Billy and Jack will cross paths and Young and Restless spoilers note that Jack will open up about the argument with Phyllis. Soap Central details that Jack is worrying about his wife’s behavior of late, and he voices concern about how easily Phyllis has been lying to him. In addition, the two brothers will also discuss Victoria’s decision to stay in Genoa City rather than leave with Travis. Jack talks about how stability is better than passion and he says that he hopes to regain stability with Phyllis.

As the week continues, more evidence pointing toward Bethany will be uncovered and Adam’s struggles behind bars will increase. Victoria seemingly heads off to track down Travis and Michael will share a shocker with Chelsea and this is surely about Adam. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there is plenty more drama on the way and fans will not want to miss what comes next.
