Kendall Jenner Secretly Gay? Why Fans Think This Rumor Is True

Even though Kendall Jenner has been linked to almost every man in Hollywood, her fans believe she is hiding a big secret.

The gay rumors picked up again shortly after Kendall Jenner was recently spotted with rapper Tyler, the Creator over the weekend. The newly linked pair were photographed having dinner in Los Angeles. Sources have since told People that the two are good friends and have been for years. Both Kendall and Tyler have shot down the dating rumors on Twitter.

Not everyone understood the joke, though. According to a report via the Daily Caller, some fans assumed that Tyler, the Creator accidentally outed Kendall Jenner by joking that they are “both gay.”

After she saw a report linking her to the hip-hop artist, she tweeted at him, “Apparently we’re dating.”

Then, he quoted the 20-year-old’s tweet and wrote, “NOT POSSIBLE, WE’RE BOTH GAY.”

Fans went into a frenzy and retweeted the message. According to the British report, the tweet received over 60,000 retweets, with some saying that Kendall Jenner has been outed. There’s even a Twitter account dedicated to the model’s rumored sexuality, which shows GIFs, photos, and clips of Jenner interacting with her friends, according to SheKnows.

In addition, the topic “Kendall Being Gay,” trended on Twitter on Tuesday, August 16 shortly after Tyler the Creator tweeted his response. The Kendall Jenner lesbian rumors hit social media earlier this year when fans speculated that she is in a secret relationship with her personal assistant and close friend Lauren Perez. According to a previous report via Sugarscape, the now-deleted Tumblr account theanchorscope claimed that the two have been secretly dating for years. It even posted photos of Kendall and Lauren looking intimate with each other as proof.

The lesbian rumors first ignited in a cover story by OK! Magazine. Around the same time that Kendall was seen on a yacht with Harry Styles on New Year’s Eve, the U.S. magazine reported that she is secretly gay but is open among her closest girlfriends, including BFF Cara Delevingne, who has helped Kendall learn to accept her sexuality.

“Kendall is a lesbian. She’s only just started talking about it with her inner circle. She reassured Kendall that the stigma of being gay is gone and encouraged her to allow herself the freedom to be who she really is.”

The alleged source insisted that Jenner’s feelings for Delvingne have “only gotten deeper” and that she is captivated by her friend, who is currently in a relationship with musician St. Vincent.

OK! Magazine has since tried it with the Kendall Jenner lesbian rumors. Back in February, the outlet claimed that she was caught kissing another woman. In the photos published on the site, it appears that Jenner was sharing a friendly peck with another model that she was hanging out with in Milan, Italy. OK! claims the two had a “passionate kiss” on the street, but they only kissed on each other’s cheeks.

Then, in March, the publication claimed that Kendall dumped Harry for another woman. An alleged source said that the 1D singer couldn’t give her what she wanted.

“Kendall wanted more than Harry could give. It’s basically what happened the first time around. She got her hopes up and when she discovered that there wasn’t going to be a really committed relationship, she bolted.”

However, the source does not say whether another woman was the reason for their split. Instead, OK! Magazine adds that although Styles did not want to be in a committed relationship, the real reason behind Jenner ending it was because she had her eye on another woman. Of course, there are no claims to back up that story.

Kendall Jenner has opened up about her private life, somewhat, in her cover story for Vogue. She revealed that she hasn’t been in a serious relationship for the past two years despite the constant dating rumors. Kendall then added that her dating life isn’t anyone’s business but hers.

“Why would you let other people have their opinion on it, when you’re not even certain of what’s going on? When you’re young, everything’s just kind of all over the place. I don’t like it when people are all up in my business.”
