Jamie Dornan Deletes Twitter For Wife Amelia Warner: ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Christian Grey Actor Does Opposite Of Dakota Johnson

Jamie Dornan revealed the reason why he deleted Twitter and Instagram. Turns out, the Fifty Shades Darker actor wanted to have a stronger bond with his wife Amelia Warner and his family of four instead of devoting himself more to the public!

This is definitely different from the approach that Dakota Johnson, his co-star in Fifty Shades Darker, is currently taking.

“To be honest, I was very inactive on it in the last year,” he said according to Entertainment Tonight. “To delete my Instagram… I had to email my publicist to get the password. Twitter I used to have a bit of fun with back in the day but I think I’ve tweeted twice in the last year.”

“The more public interest in you, the more horrible people become. People start to say disgusting things about your family, about your children. What’s the point?”

Despite the fact that he no longer has any social media accounts, Twitter is still teeming with posts about the 33-year-old actor, Fifty Shades Darker, and his family life.

The last to go was his Twitter account, on which he, or his publicist, posted rather regular accounts of his upcoming movie projects as well as the fun he had on the golf course. Yes, Jamie Dornan is an avid golfer.

Before the actor, who portrayed the much loved Christian Grey on the silver screen, deleted his Twitter account, his description read, “Father. Husband. Actor. Bad Golfer.”

That certainly sounds like he put his family and wife Amelia Warner before anything.

The Irish actor is probably hoping that getting Fifty Shades trilogy out of the way means that he can focus on being a much more serious actor. While embodying Christian Grey was a fantastic thing for his image and fame, it was a detour he took to break into Hollywood. Now he is premiering movies like Anthropoid, The 9th Life of Louis Drax and other serious movies.

But the public, even though he deleted both his Twitter and Instagram account, will never forget his portrayal of Christian Grey in Fifty Shades franchise. In fact, most recently, the father of two was voted as having the second best rear in Hollywood.

“Co Down hunk Jamie Dornan has come runner-up in the search for male Rear of the Year,” reports Irish Independent. “He was narrowly beaten to the top spot by fellow actor Tom Hiddleston, who has dominated headlines with his new love interest, US popstar Taylor Swift.”

One would think that his co-star Dakota Johnson must have had a lot of fun with having award-winning butt around. But turns out, the 26-year-old actress found the bedroom scenes in Fifty Shades very boring and tiring.

“[The sex scenes] are pretty tedious,” Dakota said in an interview according to UPI. “We’re not having actual sex. But I’ve been simulating sex for seven hours straight now, and I’m over it.”

It looks like Dakota Johnson is giving Jamie a good challenge with her own rear as well. She recently posted on her Instagram account a picture of her backside, back lit by her window, with a funny caption.

Now it’s only a matter of time for Hollywood onlookers to start casting votes on her bottom as well.

Now that he is done doing boring scenes with Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan can put a lot more effort and time into his wife Amelia Warner. She just gave birth to their second daughter this past March and followed him to Canada, putting her acting career on hold.
