‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Star Josh Murray Slams Ex Andi Dorfman’s ‘Fictional’ Tell-All, Says Her Claims Are Ludicrous

Josh Murray is finally breaking his silence about his emotional split with Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman.

Murray opened up about Dorfman on the latest episode of Bachelor in Paradise and hit back at what Dorfman revealed in her tell-all book, It’s Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak Into Happily Never After.

According to Us Magazine, Dorfman described her romance with Murray as being “the most volatile and f**ked up relationship” of her life.

Murray took home Dorfman’s final rose on Season 10 of The Bachelorette.

The pair got engaged during the season finale, though they decided to end things a few months later.

Murray is currently looking for love once again on Bachelor in Paradise and talked about Dorfman while on a date with Amanda Stanton.

When Stanton asked Murray about Dorfman’s book, the reality star admitted that it was difficult reading the accusations.

“It was so hard… She had some not-so-kind things to say, and it’s very unfortunate that she would depict me in such a false way. It’s like, how am I supposed to comment on these excerpts that people are sending me to a fictional story, something that’s just not true at all? It’s definitely frustrating, but it doesn’t affect me until somebody asks me about it.”

According to ET Online, Murray denies that any of the accusations leveled against him are true. Instead, he described Dorfman’s claims as being part of a “fictional story” and “not true at all.”

Despite the troubling allegations, Murray is not willing to comment on specific aspects of Dorfman’s account. Rather than address the allegations head on, Murray plans on taking the high road and refuses to sink to her level.

“You have to be a bigger person no matter what kind of lies or egregious things are said about you — you have to try to take the high road,” he said. “It doesn’t affect me at all. God knows what the truth is. Like, that’s all that matters.”

Meanwhile, Murray and Nick Viall are both vying for Stanton’s heart on Bachelor in Paradise. In fact, the two men just butted heads over Stanton after Viall accused his rival of having bad intentions.

Viall believes Murray is trying to get with Stanton just to get on his nerves and has no plans to stick with her over the long run.

According to Heavy, Viall never wanted to start a beef with Murray and claims that reality TV brought out the worst in Murray.

“People have this kind of idea of this rivalry between Josh and I — I for one, didn’t take it that way,” Viall explained. “When he came in, I was more or less indifferent. I think Josh, surprisingly, took a different approach. That world has a way of bringing out ego and pride and things like that.”

Viall went on to speak his mind about what he truly thinks of Murray and his actions on Bachelor in Paradise.

“[Josh] is a bit of a peacock. He thinks he’s a lion though. There’s lions, and then there’s sheep,” Viall explained to ET Online. “I think Josh is a politician. I think he answers things to be favorable. So, I can see how he’s very charming and girls could fall for him easily.”

Unfortunately for Viall, his romance with Stanton isn’t going to last.

Over the past few weeks, Stanton and Murray have been spotted together on numerous occasions, leading many to suspect that they are currently dating and may have even gotten engaged.
