‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Summer’s Possible Pregnancy Shakes Up Her Loved Ones, Billy And Cane Battle, And Hilary’s Antics Spark Chaos

There is chaos on the way with Thursday’s episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers detail that Summer will find out whether she is truly pregnant, and the buzz that she is expecting will shake things up significantly. Billy and Cane are butting heads over Brash and Sassy, and the August 4 show has more related to Hilary, Devon, and the drug trial lawsuit, as well.

Jill snatched Brash and Sassy away from Billy and now she’s forcing Billy and Cane to head up the company together. The Young and the Restless spoilers from SheKnows Soaps tease that the two men will butt heads over work issues, as well as over the Abbott-Winters Foundation board. As the two needle one another, they will both come to realize that Jill has offered conflicting deals to both of them as an incentive to do well. While Cane says he thinks they should work with one another, Billy balks at the idea.

Nick overheard Summer tell Luca that she might be pregnant and Young and Restless spoilers share that he will be quick to fill Phyllis in on what he heard. They are both quite upset over the idea that their daughter might be having a baby and they talk about wanting to get her away from her beau. As We Love Soaps notes, Phyllis and Nick will resolve to work together to protect Summer.

Viewers will see Summer and Luca together at home talking about the possibility that she is pregnant. He promises to stay and support her amid her fears that he will abandon her, and later Phyllis will arrive to talk to her daughter alone. As she tries to talk to her daughter about the possible pregnancy, Young and Restless spoilers indicate that Summer will reveal that the test was negative, and she tells her mother to butt out of her life.

As Phyllis is with Summer, Nick will track down Luca and tear into him. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Nick will be quite upset, making it clear to Luca what he expects from him if indeed Summer is having a baby. Luca swears that he is listening and cares for Summer. Nick and Phyllis will soon reconnect, and she reveals the news regarding the negative pregnancy test. They are thrilled about that, but he is still sure that Luca is behind the oil incidents, and he makes arrangements to head out of town to do some digging.

Back at their place, Luca shows up with gifts for Summer. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that he will get down on bended knee and pulls out a ring. She explains that she isn’t pregnant, but he says that he sees a future for them together and he wants to marry her and have children with her. He proposes in Spanish and she accepts.

Thursday’s show brings some action related to the drug trial lawsuit as well. The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Lily will find out that the lawsuit is hitting the media and she rants about Hilary. Neil puts the blame for the drama on himself, but Lily remains focused on Hilary. Devon and Hilary will be ambushed by reporters asking questions, and she will say that Dr. Simon Neville was responsible. Ashley overhears this and stands up for Neville, arguing with Hilary once the press leaves.

Things will get quite heated in the aftermath of the impromptu press conference, with Ashley pointing out that Hilary is the one who bribed the lab technician and Devon will be upset with his wife for what she said to the media. Lily will rant to Jack about how the suit is affecting foundation donations and Young and Restless spoilers tease that Lily will say that they should kick her off of the board.

Board members will gather and before they can tackle the official agenda, Ashley will bring up that they have new business to tackle. Billy will be a bit riled up when he sees Jack at the board meeting and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that as the meeting carries over into Friday’s show, Lily will move to have a vote on booting Hilary off of the board.

Will Summer and Luca really tie the knot, or will Nick and Phyllis find a way to split them up? Can Billy and Cane manage to work together and turn the tables on Jill or will they continue to butt heads with one another? Will Hilary find a way to maintain control and move ahead on her ambitious plans, or is she in over her head? The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that there is plenty more drama on the way and viewers will not want to miss any of the action ahead.
