Johnny Depp’s Estranged Wife Amber Heard Reportedly Dating Tesla Billionaire Elon Musk

Amber Heard is rumored to be dating Elon Musk following reports that the 30-year-old actress has been spotted spending time with the Tesla billionaire at his hotel in Miami last weekend.

As reported by TMZ, Heard has been spotted with Elon on numerous occasions, most recently at his bungalow in Delano South Beach in Miami. The same report claims that the two shared an “intimate” dinner in Los Angeles a week before.

The Magic Mike XXL star was seen visiting Elon Musk numerous times in his office. Furthermore, the 45-year-old Tesla CEO was spotted visiting Heard at her home as well.

A source for Page Six, however, set the record straight, saying that Heard and Musk are not dating. The two have been friends for four years.

“Amber was there with her sister,” a source told Page Six. “She has been friends with Elon for four years. She had rented a standard suite at the hotel, and he had a bungalow, a poolside duplex room. He offered Amber and her sister use of his room so they could use the pool and have extra privacy as he was working on a rocket launch.”

“They all happened to be staying at the Delano,” the source continued. “The group hung out at the hotel, rather than in public, understandably, due to all the recent press scrutiny.”

Amber Heard has recently been prominent in the news on account of her divorce and legal battle with Johnny Depp, whom she’s been married to for 15 months. Amber and the Pirates of the Carribean star split in May, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Before long, the blonde stunner accused the 53-year-old actor of domestic abuse.

In her formal complaint, Amber claimed that the father of two had a “history of drug and alcohol abuse” and that this partly contributed to his being “verbally and physically abusive” throughout their marriage. She also claimed that Johnny once threw an iPhone at her face during an argument.

Amber wrote the following in her official statement.

“I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him.

“He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me as it has proven many times to be physically dangerous and/or life-threatening to me. I live in fear that Johnny will return… unannounced to terrorise me, physically and emotionally.”

As Johnny denied the domestic abuse allegations hurled against him, Amber was granted a temporary restraining order. Depp asked that a confidentiality agreement be set in place to protect their privacy.

Heard, however, refused to comply, as has been stated in the documents.

“Johnny does not dispute that Amber is entitled to the majority of the information sought in her discovery requests and subpoenas. He willing to produce the documents necessary for Amber’s evaluation,” the docs read. “He has asked, however, that a confidentiality agreement be executed prior to the production of documents in order to protect the parties’ privacy.”

“This case has been extraordinarily public since its inception. There have been daily articles in the domestic and foreign press about this proceeding and the parties’ lives. Every detail of this action has been chronicled by the media and it has become one of the most heavily publicized celebrity divorces in recent memory.”

Since the domestic abuse allegations against Johnny Depp became public knowledge, some people have claimed that Heard was all in it for the money.

Depp, who has an estimated net worth of $400 million, doesn’t have a prenuptial agreement. According to IB Times, Heard initially requested spousal support worth $50,000 but withdrew the request before long, claiming that she only submitted it because she believed that it was standard practice in divorce proceedings. Amber later said that she might revisit the idea of requesting for spousal support once the restraining order case has been settled.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk is undergoing a divorce from Talulah Riley, whom he married a second time in 2013. They first split in 2012, got remarried a year later, and then split again in December 2014. Elon has a net worth amounting to $14 billion.
