Justin Bieber just climbed on board the Pokemon GO express, showing that even a pop star can’t resist the lure of the new passion. A Twitter video showing Bieber among other Pokemon GO fans in New York City went viral when Beliebers discovered the superstar singer in the crowd, noted Mashable.

The video revealed Justin running across Central Park in pursuit of his favorite Pokemon. But that wasn’t the only indication that Bieber believes in the benefits of Pokemon, with other photos popping up showing the 22-year-old singer involved in the game.
Beliebers were thrilled, retweeting the video and pictures of evidence that Justin is a Pokemon player.
As for other confirmation that Bieber was out and about in pursuit of his Pokemon passion, the New York Daily News noted that the “Sorry” singer was seen amid an enormous Pokemon GO adventure early Monday morning outside Central Park.
Joining hundreds of New Yorkers, Justin was seen apparently searching for a rare Pokemon, with six bodyguards joining him at 12:30 a.m. Most of the players were focused on their screens and didn’t even notice the pop star, with a few exceptions.
“[Bieber] pulled over to catch a Pokemon,” wrote Ron Phippen on social media.
Justin isn’t the only celebrity to show a passion for Pokemon. John Mayer spent $100 to buy in-game currency, and Demi Lovato got caught in the action when Nick Jonas shared her complaint that she had been unable to locate any Pokemon near them.
Many on Twitter pointed out that while other celebrities were throwing shade at each other over the latest Taylor Swift and Kanye West feud phase, Bieber was happily playing the game.

But beyond playing Pokemon GO, Bieber has earned a reputation as a player in the romance department. His most recent conquest appears to be a curvy mystery brunette, according to the Daily Mail.
Partying in New York City on Saturday night, Justin was seen with the mystery woman. The two were observed chatting at the Lotus Cafe in Manhattan late into the evening. The crooner left with his entourage before 1 a.m.
This isn’t the first time this month that Bieber has been seen with a brunette who resembles Selena Gomez. Us Weekly noted that Justin seems to have a type, and in early July he was seen with a model who is another Selena lookalike, Alexandra Rodriguez.
Justin and his Selena doppelganger were observed having flirty fun on a chartered yacht. The two canoodled, and he then spent some time on a wakeboarding adventure, while Rodriguez played the role of admirer.
The crooner was spotted holding Alexandra’s waist, and she showed off her sexy body in a bikini.
Justin is currently wrapping up the North America phase of his concert tour, noted E! News. He took some time during one of his final performances to give an etiquette lesson in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
As Bieber was talking to the audience, one fan attempted to toss an object onstage. Justin promptly responded with a tutorial on proper concert behavior.
“Take this moment to listen and try not to give me a hat or whatever you’re trying to throw onto the stage right now, because I probably don’t want that s–t.”
However, Bieber apologized before clarifying what he had meant about seeing people throw items on stage when he is performing or speaking.
“Sorry that was mean,” added Justin. “But yeah, no I lost what I was going to say. I was deep into, like, a mode and a zone. I was—I was into it. Now I’m out of it. I’ll get it back. Just give me a second.”
Bieber subsequently issued a second apology.
“Sorry for throwing your hat but you ruined the moment,” he pointed out to the fan. “Whatever, let’s do it.”
Those who can’t attend one of his concerts or who want something to remember that type of “moment” can choose from his Justin Bieber Purpose tour capsule collection, currently being sold at Barney’s.
Included in the unisex collection, which features 31 different items, are concert T-shirts, jerseys, and jeans. And for those who want to show off their Belieber status, the leather jackets retail for $1,675.
