Donald Trump With No Makeup, Wig: Is This What He Would Look Like?

Picture it for a moment: Donald Trump with no makeup and no wig. What does he look like? Why, exactly, does his skin appear to be orange, and what is going on with that hair? Is it a wig? A hairpiece? Plugs? Totally natural?

Fortunately, for those who really want to know, the question of what Trump looks like without makeup has been answered.

Sort of.

On July 8, an alleged photo of Donald Trump with no makeup and no wig surfaced on social media. The photo, which first appeared on the Liberal Darkness website, was posted with very little information, and the website notes that staffers for the Donald’s campaign are not clear on who leaked the photo.

That’s because, according to Snopes, the photo is a fake. On Saturday, the myth-debunking website investigated the photo to find out if the photo really is Donald Trump with no makeup.

Snopes notes that Trump’s appearance has been the subject of much speculation for years, but it wasn’t until this photo surfaced that the general public could really picture the presumptive Republican candidate bare-skinned.

Unfortunately for those who really want to know what Donald Trump looks like in his free time, the photo is simply “a digital creation” shared by Liberal Darkness, Snopes determined. Snopes refers to Liberal Darkness as a publisher of political spoofs, and the hoax-debunking website notes that Liberal Darkness has also published a satirical article titled “Donald Trump Holds Unique Cheetos Contest to Help Find Running Mate,” for example.

“The ‘leaked’ photograph displayed above seemingly answers some of those questions, showing that Trump without a wig or makeup is… just another bald and pale senior citizen with a few wisps of white hair remaining on the top and sides of his pate and a ‘You kids get off my lawn!’ look to his countenance.”

The photo of Donald Trump without a wig may not be real, but that hasn’t stopped the general public from speculating about the hair of both presumptive presidential candidates. Like Trump, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton has been subjected to the “is it a wig?” question as well.

Back in November, renowned political blogger Matt Drudge posted a series of tweets and photos questioning the authenticity of Clinton’s hair. In typical Drudge fashion, the tweets were soon deleted, but that didn’t stop everyone else from talking about Clinton’s hair.

An article with Clinton’s hairdresser popped up on People, for example, and before long even Trump was discussing Hillary’s hair. While on The Mark Levin show, Trump talked about Clinton’s hair for almost a full minute.

“Is that a wig? It really was shocking to see because… it was massive. Her hair became massive. It was interesting to see because I’ve never seen Hillary with that hairdo. It was very different, wasn’t it?”

Whether or not Trump or Clinton wear hairpieces is not likely to dramatically impact the race for the presidency of the United States. Nevertheless, that won’t stop the media and the public from speculating on social media all about the looks of both candidates.

What do you think of the spoof photo of Donald Trump with no makeup and no wig? Do you think the photo looks realistic? Why or why not? What do you really think Trump looks like when he’s lounging in his natural state?
