‘Big Brother 18’ Spoilers: James Worries About His Showmance, Bridgette Questions Her Alliance, Corey Reveals His Feelings Regarding Nicole [Spoilers]

After a dramatic, somewhat surprising eviction on the live Thursday episode of Big Brother 18, which resulted in Bronte being given the boot, houseguests were trying to figure out what their next moves would be and whom to align with as a result.

Paul was also on the block in week 3, but primarily as a pawn, and Tiffany was saved by a last-minute house flip.

The live feeds following the upheaval demonstrated that James perceived his showmance may be in jeopardy, Bridgette questioned the loyalty of one of her Big Brother 18 alliance members, and Corey revealed his feelings about his showmance with Nicole.

As noted, James was somewhat concerned about what was going on with his showmance with Natalie, after Bronte, one of the Spy Girls in Natalie’s alliance, was voted out of the house. Although James voted to evict Tiffany, who remained safe in a close 5 to 4 vote, he believed Natalie was acting aloof after Bronte’s eviction took place.

Thus, while talking game in the Big Brother 18 pantry with Paulie, the week 4 Head of Household (HOH), James said Natalie seemed extremely mad at him. Paulie responded by telling him “don’t let Natalie play you, bro,” Joker’s Updates reports.

James could then be heard on live feeds saying this type of thing happened to him last season. Fans of Big Brother will recall that James was sweet on Meg, a fellow Big Brother 17 cast mate. Meg would joke around with James and was friendly with him, but unlike Natalie, Meg did not appear to blatantly lead him on or make James think they would date after the show ended. Thus, James lamented to Paulie about his luck, or lack thereof, with women in the Big Brother house.

However, it seems as though James was premature in his lamentation, as shortly thereafter, Joker’s Updates reveals that he and Natalie were once again being playful with another. At one point, the two were seen in the Have Not room snuggling in a bumper car. Natalie told James they fit comfortably in it, noting, “…it’s the perfect bed for cuddling,” according to Joker’s Updates.

Meanwhile, Natalie’s behavior was being questioned by another player, Bridgette, the outgoing week 3 HOH. The two lost one of their Spy Girl alliance when Bronte was evicted, but seemingly remained tight. Nevertheless, Bridgette, when speaking to Frank Thursday night, noted, “Natalie is acting shady … It just really shocks me she’d be that type of person…,” reports Joker’s Updates.

Apparently, Bridgette and Frank were speculating about who voted out Bronte, and Bridgette believed Natalie may have flipped and decided to save Tiffany. Thursday’s Big Brother 18 episode revealed, however, that Natalie, as well as James, voted to evict Tiffany.

Also late Thursday, Corey and Tiffany were left alone in the Have Not room and after speaking about the next competition and a desire to play darts, their discussion turned to the subject of showmances and, of course, Nicole.

According to Joker’s Updates, Tiffany said, “So, you and Nicole.” Corey reacted by asking, “Why do you say that?” He added, “It’s not like that.”

Tiffany proclaimed, “It should be,” but Corey noted, “I just like to cuddle.” Corey continued with, “…She’s playing her game, I’m playing mine. If we go our separate ways, I’d be fine. She’s cute,” Joker’s Updates reports.

Corey further explained, he is not looking for a relationship, as he just got out of a 9-year relationship a year or two ago. He added that Nicole is a “good girl,” he likes her a lot, and trusts her “1,000 percent,” Joker’s Updates reports. Despite this, Corey also said he is not ruling anything out regarding Nicole.

According to Joker’s Updates, Tiffany implied that Nicole is not Natalie, and Corey interjected with, “Oh, I know, I can’t stand that. It’s the worst.” Tiffany also asked Corey what he’s learned about the Big Brother game so far, to which he replied, “…it is more of a social game than anything.”

As it stands now, Paulie is the current HOH and will likely make his nominations for evictions Friday. As Zap2It notes, only Paulie’s showmance Zakiyah, and the rest of his Category 4 team, Frank, Bridgette, and Michelle, are truly safe from being nominated by him. Nevertheless, the Big Brother Road Kill challenge will be played in a day or so, and the winner will anonymously nominate a third player. It is still unclear who exactly is the current target, and as Thursday night’s episode demonstrated, things can change quickly in the Big Brother house, so nothing is ever truly certain until the live eviction goes down each week.
