Stevie J Of ‘Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta’ Files Restraining Order Against ‘Wife’ Joseline Hernandez, Denounces Claims Of Molesting His Daughter

Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J (born Steven Jordan) has finally and legally fired back at horrid claims that were made by co-star Joseline Hernandez after he revealed that they were never married during a radio interview.

Both TMZ and Love B. Scott are reporting that Jordan, a once-famed music producer, was recently granted a temporary order of protection from Hernandez for the “volatile” and “jealous” show of behavior she’s exuded as of late, including a shocking social media post that stated that Stevie molested his 6-year-old daughter, Eva.

“Your dad was a child molester, and so are you,” Hernandez expressed in the now-deleted message, according to Centric. “You fantasize about sleeping with your own daughters.”

She also vowed to keep Jordan away from the child she’s now supposedly carrying, although VH1, which airs Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, as well as the other three shows in the Love and Hip Hop franchise (a Miami increment is said to be coming soon), has even expressed confusion surrounding the validity of the pregnancy.

Joseline’s claims of Stevie molesting Eva have recently been backed by Lena James, Eva’s former nanny and niece to Mimi Faust, the mother of Eva and a fellow Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star. She says that Faust was well aware of her ex-husband’s perversions after Lena shared with her what was supposedly relayed by little Eva.

“Tell the truth, Mimi, about how you knew for [two] years, and probably [more] than that about what has been going on with Eva,” James wrote on Instagram. “You basically tried to get rid of me once I was able to get the truth out of Eva about when she came home one weekend from her [father’s] house, with redness between her legs and having pain urinating.”

A source close to Faust claims that James is simply lashing out over having her position terminated by her aunt.

The insinuation is just the latest mess to come out of the current season of Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta, which many have said is the most controversial and problematic yet.

Along with the actions surrounding Stevie and Joseline’s separation, new cast member Sas DeLeon was recently hospitalized after getting shot in the head while hosting a party in a Scottsdale, AZ mansion. Sas’ brother, Scrapp DeLeon, is currently in prison for a past drug trafficking charge (his incarceration was aired on an episode earlier this season), and furthermore, their mother, Karen King, is said to be facing charges of identity fraud after going on a shopping spree at Saks Fifth Avenue with another person’s credit card.

Stevie and Joseline have also had quite a few run-ins with the law themselves, both before and during their time on Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta. Jordan has faced a judge several times for failing to pay child support for the four children he had before being involved with Hernandez and Faust; while Hernandez, a former stripper who performed under several different monikers, including Shenellica Bettencourt, was charged with “lewd and lascivious behavior” in 2003 and 2007, according to Starcasm.

She was also handed an assault charge in 2014 for instigating a massive brawl at the Season 4 Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta reunion, which ultimately resulted in the dismissals of Raymond Scott, better known as Benzino, and fiance Althea Heart from the cast (show producers claim that Benzino threatened them behind the scenes).

Hernandez has now been ordered to stay 200 feet away from Jordan, but is allowed to obtain her personal items from their shared home with a police escort. Love and Hip Hop creator Mona Scott-Young has yet to comment on the matter, although a rumor that was reported through the Inquisitr expressed that both Stevie and Joseline, as well as the rest of the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta cast, were fired from the show back in June.
