Kylie Jenner Is Faking An Engagement To Tyga For Publicity?

Kylie Jenner isn’t engaged to Tyga, but according to a new report, she may want people to think she is.

After debuting a massive diamond ring on her engagement finger days ago on SnapChat, along with the caption, “Bae spoils,” a source claims 18-year-old Kylie Jenner’s family, including Tyga’s ex-fiancee Blac Chyna, who is engaged to Jenner’s brother, has not reacted well to the news of her new bling.

“[Kylie Jenner]’s sisters are just so done with this drama! They are very hateful towards Tyga. Hardly anyone in the family likes Tyga anymore and he knows this!” a source told Radar Online on July 13.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga’s relationship has been on and off since its start, and although fans believed she was finally done with her 26-year-old boyfriend in May, when the pair briefly split amid allegations of cheating, Jenner was back with the rapper by late June. And ever since, they have been flaunting their rekindled romance on social media.

“[Kylie Jenner] is so annoyed with her family right now that everyone thinks she is just trying to piss them off by flaunting this ring and stirring up publicity,” the source explained.

“They are not engaged!” the source confirmed.

In fact, said the source, the ring Kylie Jenner has been wearing wasn’t even purchased by Tyga. Although the rapper was seen at a jewelry store in Calabasas, California, days ago, the source said most of Kylie Jenner’s jewelry is purchased either by her or gifted to her by others.

“The pathetic thing is that Tyga did not even buy [Kylie Jenner] this diamond ring! He doesn’t really buy her anything and she gets all of her jewelry on her own. Most of the stuff is gifted to her,” the source alleged.

Prior to rumors of an engagement between Kylie Jenner and Tyga, Jenner referred to the rapper as her “husband” in a social media clip. She then captioned a photo of the two of them, “Mr and Mrs,” but later deleted the post.

From the looks of things, Kylie Jenner certainly has marriage on the brain, but according to a source, her new ring is nothing more than a promise ring which may eventually lead to an engagement.

“It’s a promise ring, as in ‘I promise I’ll be good, and for my good behavior will you marry me someday’ ring,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life on July 9. “Tyga knows [Kylie Jenner] has given him way more chances than he deserves, so to express his appreciation, he wanted to present her with a grand gesture.”

Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend was rumored to have cheated on her at the end of last year and early this year, he was spotted with a Jenner look-a-like in Los Angeles. Still, despite the many claims against Tyga, Kylie Jenner is over the moon with their relationship, and her new ring, and hoping Tyga’s gesture will be a sign to her family that he is now serious about cleaning up his act.

“[Kylie Jenner] wants to flash [the ring] anywhere and everywhere because her friends, and especially her sisters, have been telling her to dump Tyga because he doesn’t treat her well enough and he’ll never commit!” the source added.
