Alexis Bellino Runs Into Tamra Judge: How Did Things Go For These ‘RHOC’ Stars?
Alexis Bellino left The Real Housewives of Orange County a few years ago after Bravo wanted to replace some of the cast members. Things weren’t going well, so Alexis decided to distance herself from her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars. But just because she kept her distance doesn’t mean she hasn’t been watching the show.
On the previous season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge decided to get baptized, and Alexis Bellino was shocked. She felt it was completely fake and that Tamra was making a mockery of her religion.
According to a new Bravo report, Alexis Bellino supposedly ran into Tamra in Orange County, as both ladies attended one of Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper’s shows in Orange County. One can imagine that Andy extended an invitation to the ladies in Orange County, but Tamra and Alexis may not have realized that they were seated close to one another. When Judge went to visit Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, he asked her about them running into one another. As it turns out, Alexis Bellino didn’t make a scene at his show.
“You know what? It was really good. It was kind of a nice situation where she sat in front of me and she turned to me and she said, ‘I didn’t mean to come off bad. I’m very happy for you.’ And I just felt like there’s a reason for everything, for her sitting in front of me,” Tamra told Andy Cohen after the run-in on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, adding, “You know, it was just really sweet, actually. It came out really nice.”
It’s awesome to hear that Alexis and Judge can move on from the drama that played out on the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion special last year. Alexis was furious after learning that her former co-star had been baptized. Bellino pointed out that her former co-star had often made fun of her religion. Rather than visit the set, Alexis Bellino decided to write an email to Andy Cohen, who read it out loud during the reunion. The drama between Alexis Bellino and Tamra exploded when Bellino called her former co-star fake.
“The greatest part of a walk with God is that he loves you where you are; you don’t need to be perfect,” Alexis’ email said, ending with, “However, that doesn’t give you a hall pass to become baptized and then continue your old, unkind, and manipulative ways.”
But Judge had a reply for Alexis Bellino, who felt that the former star of the show was a bit too critical. Tamra had revealed that religion had really helped her through some personal issues, and she was just hoping that Alexis Bellino would understand why she chose to get baptized.
“She’s the type of Christian that gives Christians a bad name,” Tamra said during the reunion about Alexis Bellino, who wrote a harsh email about Tamra’s baptism. “All I can say to her is, I’m sorry you feel the way you do, I will pray for you, and this is my journey, not hers. She has no idea what’s going on. And if she was a good Christian, she probably would not be judging me right now.”
It’s awesome to hear that Tamra and Alexis Bellino can be in the same room, given how much these two have fought in the past about Christianity and her religious beliefs. Even though these two can be civil doesn’t mean a friendship will be happening.
