Lil Wayne and Christina Milian seem to be popping off in their own realms, but is this the quiet before the storm? As June ends, it is only a matter of time before Lil Wayne and Christina Milian are potentially locked into the same geographic location for the month of July, and it seems likely their paths will cross in Hollywood.
It seems like Lil Wayne has been releasing a new single every week of 2016, and he has recently announced a new skateboarding game app called Sqvad Up, in addition to scheduling performances.
However, there is a good reason that Lil Wayne does not have any events planned for July on his Facebook events page, and it is likely he is getting ready for his Lil Wayne’s House reality television series on VH1.
The episodes will be filmed in Los Angeles, according to fan site Lil Wayne HQ, and this puts him in close proximity to Orange County resident, Christina Milian.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Christina Milian and Lil Wayne have already broken up twice in the past two years, but they definitely are not completely over, according to recent proclamations or insinuations by both.
Will Lil Wayne’s new reality series tie up some of these loose ends about his relationship status with Christina Milian? Fans of Lil Wayne and Christina Milian getting back together that are hungry for clues about their relationship status might have felt a little bit teased by Christina Milian when she co-hosted on CBS’ The Talk.
For the record, Christina Milian was a co-host for The Talk on CBS for their Season 6, Episode 189, that aired on June 23. Interestingly, the show opened with Christina Milian supporting Tom Brady on HBO for speaking candidly and “being real.”
Does this mean Christina Milian will not mind “being real” about behind-the-scenes romantic details about Lil Wayne if they occur? While that might be a stretch of the imagination, Christina Milian was also conveniently available and crystal clear for a conversation about polyamory on The Talk.
Referencing a video that has gone viral on YouTube about a polyamorous couple, Christina Milian said in response to talking to their kid about their open relationship, “why not keep it on the down low?”
Christina Milian also cautioned parents and said they should avoid bringing their “special friends” over to meet their kids. Is this an indicator that Christina Milian’s daughter, Violet, may not have met Lil Wayne?
Viewers watching that episode of The Talk might not be able to read between the lines when Christina Milian is talking about polyamory, but fans of her relationship with Lil Wayne will remember that she suggested he should be in an open relationship.
On January 26, soon after they broke up, All Hip Hop quoted Christina Milian stating the following about Lil Wayne.
“I don’t know, I don’t know!… [Lil Wayne would] have to find someone that would like that. And I don’t think, I don’t know, he might have to have multiple wives. I don’t know if he’ll ever have a wife, he’s got women everywhere. They love him.”
Although Christina Milian was on The Talk to promote her role as Magenta in Rocky Horror Picture Show airing on FOX on October 31, could The Talk episode foreshadow future storylines in Lil Wayne or Christina Milian’s reality television shows airing in late 2016?
While Lil Wayne has inked a deal for Lil Wayne’s House on VH1, things are still up in the air about the return of Christina Milian’s Turned Up Season 3 on E!.
In the meantime, Christina Milian might not be waiting around for Lil Wayne to show up in Hollywood to start filming Lil Wayne’s House in July, but she is certainly owning #SummerSixteen.
On June 22, Christina Milian was doing a classic “show him what he is missing” photo session on the beach with her friends.
As for Lil Wayne, the video for his single from the Suicide Squad movie coming out on August 5 just released, and the “Sucker for Pain” video is on the Facebook page for the movie, according to Billboard.
While no announcements have been made about concerts in July or August, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz will perform at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia on September 4 and/or September 5, according to Hot New Hip Hop.
