Meghan King Edmonds Reveals Details Of Her IVF Journey

Meghan King Edmonds is pregnant with her first child, and she is now speaking out about her IVF journey. Her husband, Jim, had his sperm frozen, and this was the only way that the two could have a child together. Us Magazine is now sharing what Meghan had to say about her journey and finally being pregnant.

Edmonds shared that IVF was well worth it and that they have a baby girl on the way. Meghan hasn’t been afraid to share her story on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. On the premiere, everyone saw Meghan dealing with the pain of trying to get pregnant. At the premiere party, Meghan King Edmonds shared details of what she has been dealing with recently.

“I have a lot of friends who have had fertility issues. Some talk about it and some don’t talk about it, but one thing is consistent: It’s hard on every single one of them. I’m an open person, so I wanted to show my process and the heartaches and the ups and the downs that go with IVF so people can say, ‘It’s OK to feel this way.'”

Meghan King Edmonds said that this was a very emotional journey for her, but it is all worth it considering that she is now pregnant with a baby girl. Meghan went on to share details.

“A lot of it is so intense that when you are going through it, it’s like an invisible illness in some ways. People don’t recognize that your brain is going haywire and this weight that you are gaining is because of hormones. I was like a monster. I was crying all the time. My husband was like, ‘Who are you?'”

At this time, Meghan King Edmonds is just starting to show and has a little bump. During the filming of RHOC, she was going through the IVF and viewers will get to see it all take place. Meghan feels prepared to become a mom because she is already a step-mom to Jim’s four other children and gets along really well with them. Meghan says that she does everything for those kids half the time and is ready to have her own with her every single day.

Meghan did not share her exact due date but said that her baby will be here for the holidays. It sounds like she is due around Christmas. Fans are hoping that the Bravo cameras are able to catch all of Meghan’s life with her new baby girl for the show.

People got the chance to share about Meghan King Edmonds’ baby yesterday before the big premiere of the new season of RHOC.

Meghan shared a few details about being pregnant, saying, “I’m so over the moon, I couldn’t believe it the first time I peed on a stick and I saw that little line kind of get a little darker. I’ve always dreamed of this, but it’s still such a miracle. I can’t even describe the feeling.”

Meghan shared that they went through IVF, and she got pregnant on the first try. Meghan said that she is four months along already. The RHOC star added that the drug stimulation injections that grew her ovaries to the size of grapefruits were very painful, and it hurt her to even sit up during this time.
