Alicia Vikander Leaves Boyfriend Michael Fassbender For Friends In Los Angeles

All good things come to an end! Alicia Vikander is now back in Los Angeles after having spent glorious few days in Sydney with her boyfriend, Michael Fassbender. But the 27-year-old actress didn’t seem too fussed about their parting as she headed out to meet her friends soon after her arrival.

“She’s just returned to the US following a trip to Sydney to visit boyfriend Michael Fassbender while he film Alien Covenant,” reports Daily Mail. “And it seems that Alicia Vikander was keen to catch-up with her friends, as the actress enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles, on Saturday night. Heading to the Doheny Rooms, West Hollywood, the 27-year-old actress put on an eye-catching display, as she flashed her black bra thanks to her choice of a sheer floral top.”

She looked to be in such a good mood that fashion magazines are noticing her look and the ensemble that she put together for the night out with her friends.

“Vikander looked every bit the movie star in her see-through lace top, which was cleverly offset by a pair of jeans,” reports Vogue. “Adding a hint of movie star glamour was a Louis Vuitton micro-trunk and coordinating metallic sandals.”

Having spent a few precious days with her boyfriend must have lifted her mood. They did all the things that new couples who have been away from each other for a long time do.

“Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender appeared to be just as much in the honeymoon period as they enjoyed a workout session together on Friday at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia,” reports the Daily Mail. “The pair were joined by a trainer, who put them through their paces with an array of taxing exercises as they worked up a sweat in the sunshine.”

Right before that, they were also caught bowling and going on casual lunch dates in the city, which is quite a cute activity for the 39-year-old actor, who is known for his work in Inglorious Basterds and Steve Jobs, to engage in.

But it was clear that it was the Oscar winner reaching out to make the long-distance relationship work. She was visiting Michael Fassbender, in a city where their romance started, because he was in the midst of shooting Alien: Covenant. The fact that she trudged all the way from Brazil, where she was promoting Louis Vuitton in an event, to meet him in Down Under hints at the level of her commitment.

Time will tell whether her boyfriend will return the affection and devotion.

So far though, he has been more eager to avoid talking about his new relationship.

“They’ve never so much as uttered a word to confirm or deny the status of their relationship publicly,” reports the Daily Mail. “But perhaps it was simply a happy coincidence that Michael Fassbender and his rumoured girlfriend Alicia Vikander happened to be in the same place at the same time on Saturday. The notoriously private Irishman, 39, and his The Light Between Oceans co-star, 27, were spotted leaving Darling Harbour’s Kingpin Bowling in Sydney after playing a few games.”

Unless he makes an effort to see Alicia, the next time that they will reunite will be for the promotional tour for The Light Between Oceans, which is the movie that brought them together. Until then, it looks like both of their schedules are overflowing with artistic and commercial commitments that keep them firmly parted.
