Kim Kardashian was able to drop her post-baby weight thanks to her low-carb Atkins diet. In fact, she has lost a whopping 60 pounds after giving birth to Saint West back in December 2015.
Kim Kardashian, 35, has been strict about her fitness and diet plan with Atkins. She’s even documented her weight loss journey on Snapchat and Instagram. But it’s not as strict as you may think since it allows for the occasional sea salt caramel bar or vanilla coffee frappe. Kardashian has finally shed the pounds and is still working hard to reach her pre-baby weight goal of 120 pounds, according to People.
“Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes, and it’s hard to get your body back in shape. It takes so much determination, and mental and physical power and energy.”
In her latest interview with the publication, Kim reveals what she eats in the span of three days as she continues her Atkins 40 diet. In the three days revealed to People, Kim consumes an average of 1,699 calories per day along with 48 to 64 ounces of liquid per day. She eats chicken every day, along with certain measurements on snacks and side dishes like blueberries, cheese, hummus, and melon.
Here’s an example from Kim Kardashian’s daily meal plan.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda and 4 oz. Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
Snack: Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Cherry and Nuts Bar
Lunch: Grilled lime chicken over spinach salad with feta-ranch dressing
Snack: 1 medium carrot and 4 tbsp. hummus
Dinner: Lemon thyme halibut with sautéed green beans
Total calories: 1,504

Kim took to Snapchat to share her early morning beauty routine on Thursday, June 16. Kim claims that she starts her day by wiping the This Works In Transit No Traces pads onto her face.
“I love anything that smells like rose,” she says in one of the videos.
Then, she applies the Anastasia Beverly Hills Hydrating Oil all over her face and body. After she allows it to soak in for 10 minutes, Kardashian applies the Guerlain Orchidée Impériale Longevity Concentrate Intense Replenishing all over her face. Next, she moves onto the Contour Décolleté’ Firming Concentrate by Lancer Skincare and Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum.
And since Kim is “obsessed with body oil,” she combines with her moisturizer for optimum hydration.
This seems startlingly different from the other morning skincare routine that Kardashian previously claimed she used. On Friday, June 3, she shared Snapchat photos of her “morning routine” that originally consisted of four simple products by La Mer that racked up to a total of $1,230, according to Us Weekly. Kardashian claimed to use these following products: The Perfecting Treatment, The Concentrate, The Renewal Oil, and Crème de la Mer.
Just like it’s hard to keep up with the Kardashians, it’s also hard to keep up with Kim Kardashian’s morning skincare routine. Since it’s no big secret that the Kardashians often endorse various health and beauty products on their social media accounts, it’s safe to say that’s exactly what Kim Kardashian is doing when it comes to sharing her skincare routine. Buyer, beware.
