‘Teen Mom 2’ Jenelle Evans Agreed To Drug Test After Being Accused Of Heroin Use

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her former fiancé, Nathan Griffith, reportedly agreed to take a drug test as part of their custody agreement for their nearly 2-year-old son, Kaiser.

After Griffith accused Jenelle Evans of being a heroin user during the Teen Mom 2 Season 7 reunion, a source claims the mother of 2 was ready to clear her name once and for all as she and Griffith prepared to embark on a joint custody agreement. However, the drug test will likely never happen.

“The parents agree to undergo drug testing for opiates, marijuana and steroid use, through a certified, third-party drug testing facility before this Agreement is finalized. Results of the tests will be communicated with each parent’s respective legal counsel,” the original Parenting Agreement Order, obtained by Radar Online on June 16, revealed.

During the Teen Mom 2 Season 7 reunion, Griffith told Jenelle Evans, “I said you’re a repetitive heroin user and you’re living in the town you used to buy heroin from!”

Jenelle Evans has admittedly struggled with substance abuse in the past but has claimed to be clean of all drugs for the past couple of years. And while there has been ongoing rumors, claiming she may still be using drugs, many of which have been due to her alleged mystery illness, Jenelle Evans won’t have to prove her case — at least not at this point in her custody battle.

According to Radar Online, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith jointly agreed to skip the expensive testing process after initially agreeing to take the test. And after making the decision, a judge reportedly agreed to the change based on the idea that the former couple would continue to do what was best for their son.

“The parents believe that each is an important continuing presence in their child’s life,” the documents stated. “This agreement reflects the desire of both parents to create a positive environment for Kaiser’s development and to ensure each parent’s continuing relationship with him.”

Currently, Jenelle Evans has primary physical custody of Kaiser, who turns 2-years-old later this month, while Griffith is allowed to see him every other weekend from Thursday night to Sunday night.

“They entered into this agreement for the purpose of sharing parental responsibilities for the benefit and best interest of Kaiser,” the agreement explained. “The parents recognize the importance of allowing Kaiser to freely love both parents and each parent will encourage him to respect and love the other parent.”

Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith called off their relationship last summer after becoming engaged just months prior. At the time their relationship came to an end, the tensions between them were at an all time high and the former pair was involved in 2 separate incidents in 2015, both of which resulted in arrests being made. However, despite allegations of assault against both parties, neither Jenelle Evans nor Griffith was ever officially charged.

Following their split, Jenelle Evans began dating a man named David Eason and they are now living together in North Carolina. Meanwhile, Griffith has been dating a woman named Jessica Henry since last summer and the couple is often seen working out together.

Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith may have agreed to share custody of Kaiser, but the drama between them doesn’t appear to have ended. In addition to their war of words during the reunion, Evans recently took aim at Griffith’s appearance with a catty post on Twitter.
