Caitlyn Jenner Says Kris Told Her Not To Dress Up As A Woman At Home

Caitlyn Jenner is now speaking out about her past with Kris Jenner, and it sounds like things were hard on her at home when she was still a man. As Bruce, Kris wanted her to be a man and didn’t allow her to dress up as a woman at home. Us Magazine shared the details of what Caitlyn had to say about living a double life for so long.

In a new interview, Caitlyn Jenner spoke about how she had to avoid dressing up at home. Kris wasn’t a fan according to her new interview.

“The rules, kind of, for Kris and I [were] don’t dress up, certainly around the house. If you really feel the need to do that, when you’re on the road take stuff and do that. I’d go on the road for speaking engagements, take a bunch of stuff, dress up at the hotel, walk around, do whatever I wanted to do, just to feel a little bit better about myself. And I kind of dealt with it that way.”

Caitlyn Jenner explained that sometimes she would dress up at home when they were first married, but Kris Jenner didn’t like it at all. Caitlyn would dress up and walk around at hotels, but if anyone ever recognized her, they didn’t say a word. Somehow, she was able to keep it a secret that she was dressing up like this when she was still Bruce.

Caitlyn shared more details about how life was for her before.

“I respected that and kind of kept it away but it was always there. A lot of times too when you have somebody in your life that’s diminishing that, you can deal with that but it gets tougher and tougher and tougher with time.”

It does seem like Caitlyn and Kris Jenner have found a way to get along now. They are divorced, and Kris is now dating Corey Gamble. If Caitlyn Jenner is dating, then she hasn’t shared who the person is in her life. It’s also unclear if she wants to be in a long-term relationship with a man or a woman.

Kris explained to Ellen DeGeneres that she wants Caitlyn to be happy.

“I think that I really want her to be happy and be really comfortable in all the things where she says she wasn’t her true authentic self for most of her life. [She] knew when she was 4 that she felt like that. So you don’t want somebody to be miserable or in pain or anything of that.”

People shared that Caitlyn Jenner is now celebrating the 40th anniversary of her Olympic win. Jenner won the decathlon at the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games. There were rumors that Caitlyn Jenner would pose for Sports Illustrated wearing only her gold model and an American flag, but that isn’t how it went down. Instead, Caitlyn just did normal photo shoots and was not nude. They haven’t shared yet which picture of her will be on the cover. There is also a 25-minute online film that is all about how Caitlyn Jenner is doing now. She says she has kind of forgotten about her medal, but she pulls it back out once again.
