Farrah Abraham, Josh Duggar Involved In Bizarre Lawsuit About An ‘Illegal’ Sex Tape [Video]

In the latest bizarre court case involving Josh Duggar, Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham has been accused of blackmailing ex-prison inmate Jonathan Lee Riches, also known as Jihadi Schitz. Riches was seeking a restraining order against Abraham, who he claims is trying to make money off an “illegal” sex tape she made with him.

According to documents obtained by Radar Online, Farrah Abraham secretly taped herself having sex with Riches without his consent and now is shopping the sex tape around. Not only that, but Riches alleges that Abraham has been making him pay $1,000 per month in “hush hush” money.

Calling Farrah Abraham a “scam artist,” Jonathan claims in documents that he’s “not scared anymore” and is ready to tell his story, alleging that Farrah filmed them together “without my consent.” Further, he asserts that “Abraham is selling this illegal tape to the Adult Entertainment Industry for millions of dollars.” Now Farrah is threatening him, telling him he has “to pay her $1,000 a month in hush hush money not to expose our past relationship or she will call the police on me and press charges.”

As if things can’t get any more crazy, Riches also claims to be “the true father” of Farrah’s daughter, Sophia, saying that the little girl is the result of their romps together when Farrah was underage. Naturally, the claim seemingly cannot be true since the timeline Riches presented doesn’t make sense.

According to his lawsuit, Riches claims that he and Farrah Abraham had sex in 2012, however, Sophia was born in 2009, and the Abraham family has clear documentation about Sophia’s real father, who was killed in a car accident around the time the little girl was born.

Farrah herself had strong words about the restraining order lawsuit, which was tossed out of court on March 21, 2016. Telling Radar Online that “[t]his makes no sense and is not true clearly,” Farrah confirmed that “[e]veryone knows who Sophia’s dad is.”

So how does alleged child molester Josh Duggar fit into this? In the lawsuit, the plaintiff asserts that “though I committed pedophile acts by getting Farrah Abraham pregnant when she was a teenager, I was only acting on the advice of my mentor Josh Duggar.” Although court documents name Josh Duggar as his “mentor” and possibly being involved with “Jihadi Schitz,” there’s no evidence to prove that the two men know each other or have even met.

Josh Duggar and the Duggar family have not commented on the bizarre restraining order lawsuit, nor have they confirmed whether they’ve even heard of Jonathan Riches. Since his downfall as a conservative Christian reality star on the TV show 19 Kids & Counting, which followed the Duggar family, Josh has been involved in another bizarre lawsuit with adult film actress Danica Dillon, who claimed Josh Duggar roughed her up during a sexual encounter.

Dillon was trying to sue Josh Duggar for $500,000, claiming that although the pair had consensual sex, he was so rough during the two times they met that she felt as if she was being raped. The lawsuit was later dropped after Josh proved with receipts and flight records that he wasn’t in the same state with Dillon during one of the alleged dates.

This isn’t the first lawsuit Jonathan has brought to a courthouse. Earlier this year, he sued the Multistate Lottery Commission, Powerball, and the Robinson family, one of the three winners of the historic $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot.

According to handwritten and barely legible court documents, Jonathan claimed that the winning tickets were purchased on his behalf by the Robinson family. Claiming he was in frequent written contact with the winners’ daughter, Tiffany Robinson, while he was in jail, the plaintiff claimed he sent them $20 to purchase the winning ticket.
