Chloë Grace Moretz Confirms Relationship With Brooklyn Beckham

Chloë Grace Moretz finally confirmed that she’s dating Brooklyn Beckham. Brooklyn Beckham, is of course the son of Victoria and David Beckham. The fact that Chloe and Brooklyn are dating isn’t huge news. The two have been on dates here and there, but this is the first time she admitted that she’s dating Brooklyn.

Since Chloe is officially 19-years-old, she got to play, Bravo’s Andy Cohen’s popular game Plead the Fifth, during the host’s show Watch What Happens Live. During the segment Moretz admitted, “I’m very, very nervous” but the actress took the personal questions like a champ.

For the last question, Cohen confronted Moretz about her being coy the last time she was on Watch What Happens Live. When he asked about Brooklyn Beckham back in 2014 she said that they were friends, but since then Cohen brought up Instagram photos they’ve both shared, looking a little bit more affectionate than just friends. Chloe admitted she was “shady” back then.

Moretz finally owned up to it when Cohen asked again. “We’re in a relationship. It’s fine. It’s no biggie. And I think that, you know, the more I don’t make it mysterious, the more that people don’t care. So yes, we’re in a relationship. Very exciting news, I’m sure!”

Another piece of exciting news that came out of the segment was Moretz’ thoughts on Taylor Swift. During her interview with Complex, she commented that she doesn’t exactly jive with the whole concept of “squads” which seemed to originate from Swift’s group of friends. At the time she said that she turned down Taylor’s invitation to join her squad. “She’s a very talented person.” As for the squad she said, “They appropriate exclusivity. They’re cliques! It’s not just about women being powerful. It’s about races being powerful; genders being powerful.”

The last we heard from Chloë Grace Moretz is when she shared her thoughts about how horrible dating is with InStyle. “You already know what I look like in a bathing suit. You know what I look like in a sex scene. You know what I look like when I say “I love you” to someone. You’ve already seen it all.'”

She continued, and discussed how fame ties into that:

“It creates a mass frenzy and they follow you in separate cars so you can’t just run around and share little silly and cute moments.”

Looks like she has found her happy medium with Brooklyn Beckham.

Fans seemed to be overjoyed by the news that Chloe is seeing Brooklyn:

Other than her dating life, Moretz was getting personal about being estranged from her father. She divulged that when she was 12-years-old her father left her family. The year before that, her mother was fighting kidney cancer, and her brothers, Colin and Trevor, came out and said they were gay.

She described her father leaving as a “pretty bad experience.”

“It could have rocked our family and messed us up, but it actually made us a lot tighter. My brothers bumped up into the roles of fathers and kept me in a bubble where I could live in a world that wasn’t jaded and ruined.”

Although she doesn’t seem jaded by the traumatic experience, Moretz said of her father, “the things that he did are unforgivable.”
