Beyonce And Jay Z Doing Great, Despite Rumors

Since Beyonce’s release of her latest album, Lemonade, and her solo attendance at this past weekend’s Met gala, rumors have been circulating that she and rapper husband Jay Z are experiencing turmoil in their marriage. Not only was Bey Jay-free, she also appeared at the red carpet event without her wedding ring.

Bey’s release of Lemonade also sparked controversy after allusions to infidelity on the part of her rap royalty hubby.

Us Weekly reminds as to the video release that shocked fans.

“On April 23, Queen Bey, 34, shocked fans with the HBO video special and album Lemonade, addressing long-standing rumors about her husband’s fidelity with lyrics like “This is your final warning / You know I give you life / If you try this s??t again / You gon’ lose your wife.” During the 60-minute art film, the Houston native lays bare a deeply personal journey of betrayal and reconciliation, culminating with a final image of her and her husband.”

However, insiders share that the power couple are actually stronger than ever and the solo appearance by Beyonce is in no way a reflection of the pair’s marriage.

The source spoke with ET about the talented pair.

“Beyoncé and Jay Z are totally fine. Their relationship is great and doing better than ever. They’re good.”

So what then is the reason that Jay Z was absent from his wife’s side at the massive fashion event with some of the biggest celebrities in attendance? The insider suggests that it really just wasn’t a necessity for Jay Z to be there, as he has nothing he’s promoting at the moment. Additionally, the source indicates that it’s good to drum up a bit of attention and talk to excite fans for what he is working on.

“Jay Z didn’t go to the Gala because he didn’t really need to. He doesn’t have anything going on right now, and let’s be honest, him not going all drums up excitement for his album.”

There have also been predictions and reports that Jay Z’s new album will be a response to Beyonce’s album, Lemonade, and will tell his side of the story. Us Weekly shares words of a supposed source on this topic.

“Jay is working on an album telling his side of things.”

However, the ET source shares that this is untrue and that “He doesn’t need to do that.”

ET notes an additional reason that Queen Bey may have opted to appear at the event regardless as to whether her husband accompanied her or not.

“If anything, Queen Bey used the Met Gala to squash feud rumors, first posing with former ‘Becky with the good hair’ suspect Rita Ora. She also attended the Balmain after-party with sister Solange, where the two were ‘all smiles’ and ‘having fun,’ despite speculation over why she was left off Lemonade’s thank you credits.”

The “Halo” singer was sure to note that there has been no fallout between her and her husband since the release of her latest controversial album. Bey was sure to dedicate her hit “Halo” to Jay Z when opening her “Formation World Tour” in Miami.

“I want to dedicate this to my beautiful husband. I love you so much.”

Although the couple is now “stronger than ever,” it has been shared by insiders that the couple did experience their share of turmoil and came very close to a separation in 2014, as Us Weekly reminds, “after the infamous Elevatorgate incident. In May 2014, TMZ leaked footage of Beyoncé’s sister, Solange Knowles, attacking Jay Z in an NYC elevator at a Met Gala afterparty.” The news came that Solange flipped because Jay had been flirting with one of his conquests, Rachel Roy.
