Erika Jayne Girardi Doesn’t Give A F*** What People Think

Erika Jayne Girardi has expressed her sassy and carefree side on this season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now the part-time pop star has dropped a new music video that proves that she really doesn’t care what you think of her.

Erika Jayne Girardi released the scantily clad and NSFW music video for her new dance track “How Many F***s” on Tuesday, April 19. At the opening of the racy video, Girardi steps out of a silver Ferrari and saunters into an empty warehouse with two female dancers. Then all of them bust out some sexy moves as she sings, “How many f***s do I give? None, not one! Zero, zero, zero. Done!”

In other scenes, Erika is seen wearing a variety of skin-baring outfits. One of the scenes shows the buxom blonde wearing a white mesh top and white skinny jeans as she crawls across the floor and writhes on top of a white sports car. Then, Erika is seen shaking her booty in a mini money print dress and white Adidas sneakers.

Girardi, 44, looks like a Barbie doll as she walks around in a head-to-toe pink outfit complete with sky-high boots. She sucks on a lollipop as she sings how she doesn’t care what people think of her. Another scene shows Girardi wearing a gold jacket and one-piece swimsuit against a golden background as she sings, “Best things in life are free, so I keep on spending.”

According to Idolator, the song was written by Justin Tranter who has worked with some pretty big names such as Gwen Stefani, Justin Bieber, and Selena Gomez.

Last month, Erika spoke to Nylon magazine about her alter ego Erika Jayne. She first unleashed her sexy side when she released her debut album, Roller Coaster, back in 2009.

“Being able to express yourself under the name Erika Jayne and saying things people want to say but wouldn’t, or doing things that people want to do but don’t, or taking that extra leap of faith or pushing the levels of sexuality, or whatever. That helps Erika Girardi stand on her own two feet and be calm and peaceful. There’s nothing undone or unspoken, or nothing unsaid.”

On her Bravo blog, Jayne describes herself as a woman who “lives two lives.”

“One as Erika Girardi, wife, mother, and friend by day, and the other is Erika Jayne, a passionate creator, business woman, show girl, and irreverent soul by night. One is sweet, the other is… spicy.”

So what’s next for the breakout reality star and singer? Now that Erika’s done with her first season of RHOBH, it’s likely that she will make a return to the Bravo series since the viewers love her. But the important question remains: will Erika want to return next season? She’s right for the show, but she’s not the type of woman who befriends other women or starts drama.

She may want to focus on her music career instead. Reports surfaced that Girardi’s fortune could quickly dry up because of her husband. She’s become the center of a lawsuit over allegedly defrauding clients for a large sum of money, according to SheKnows.

Thomas Girardi and fellow lawyer Robert Finnerty are being sued in federal court over allegations that they mishandled funds won in a class action lawsuit. According to court documents, Girardi’s firm owes $130 million to plaintiffs involved in a nine-year-long battle against Lockheed over chemical exposure. Now plaintiffs are alleging that Girardi kept the money for himself and used the expenses for purchases unrelated to the case.

Erika has been married to the attorney for 17 years and they’ve been living their life together in Pasadena, California. On Thursday, March 31, Thomas told Radar Online that the case has been dismissed, and the plaintiff has sued him in the past.
