Jill Duggar Sad Baby Israel’s First Birthday Happened In Central America?

Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard celebrated the first birthday of their baby son Israel. But there might be a tiny bit of her that wanted her new family to party with the rest of the Duggar clan instead of far away in Central America.

It’s hard to believe that our little man is already 1 year old,” Jill and Derick wrote in the blog about her baby son’s birthday. “Israel is getting so big and changing so quickly! We celebrated with some of our friends on Sunday and will have a piñata with the little children at church this evening.”

“On Sunday you got to try cake and ice cream for the first time with a bunch of your friends watching you (you smeared it all over your legs! lol),” they continued. “You are a handsome little fella, and here in Central America you stand out a little with your blonde hair and blue eyes. You are walking everywhere now.”

While it looks like Jill Duggar managed to throw a solid first birthday party for her son, all the traditional American hoopla probably made her miss home more than ever.

Check out the happy family on her Instagram.

It has been less than a year since Jill and Derick moved to Central America to start their mission project and it looks like that they will not stop until they have achieved something in the region.

To make sure their daughter doesn’t feel too lonely with her baby and husband during the mission trip, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar didn’t forget to post a video marking their grandson’s birthday.

“Israel’s grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar posted a video message praising their grandson for already learning a little Spanish. “Hola, señor!” joked Jim Bob, with the happy grandparents expressing their disbelief that Israel is already 1,” reports People Magazine.

Her sister Jessa Seewald also posted something on Twitter for the world to see that they still keep tight communication despite the long distance.

Good thing that at least the time zone does not vary much between Arkansas and Central America for their daily Face Time date!

Jill and her sister Jessa particularly have a strong bond. Not only are they just a year apart in age, they have also gotten engaged, married, pregnant and delivered baby boys within twelve months! When their clan’s reality TV show 19 Kids got cancelled on TLC, because of their brother’s scandal, they teamed to up create a show of their own called Jill and Jessa: Counting On.

But their show also faced some adversities as it progressed in its season on TLC.

“Seven brands whose ads appeared during Counting On were surprised — and not happy — to learn that their spots ran during the show,” reports In Touch Weekly.

“Cici’s prides itself on being a family-friendly restaurant,” the rep said according to In Touch Weekly. “We recently made a large advertising buy on cable television that spanned several networks but did not target any particular program. When we learned one of our ads was placed adjacent to controversial programming, we took immediate action to stop it.”

The reason why so many businesses are against their spot getting aired during Jill and Jessa is because of the molestation and cheating scandal that the sisters’ older brother Josh Duggar got into. Since then, the Duggar clan had formed a united front to make sure that the rest of them do not go through a divide during this media malestorm.

The family has been trying to do some damage control on the new show, but it has not worked very well in terms of getting the advertisers back.

Anna Duggar took her first trip to visit husband Josh in Tuesday’s premiere episode of Jill and Jessa: Counting On,” reports Daily Mail. “The young mother was joined by newborn daughter Meredith as she made the trek from Arkansas to Illinois to see Josh, who was in a faith-based rehab program at the time and who she had not seen in three months.”
