Britney Spears Selling Her Dream Home In Cali, Still Loving Hawaiian Getaway With Her Fam

Britney Spears is ready to sell her gorgeous Thousand Oaks, Calif., home only a few months after buying a new home in the same area. Spears and her family bought the beautiful home in 2012 and it has just gone on the market for $8.9 million. The price may seem steep, yet it’s well worth it for what the estate offers.

“For the money, you get five bedrooms, two offices, a game room, an in-home theater, outdoor entertaining spaces, and, of course, a pool and hot tub.”

The singer is set to make a profit of $2 million on the sale at the set price for her stylish and well-designed home. As the publication shares, the home “sits on two plots of land, set back from the street and featuring an impressive façade.” In addition, the house boasts a number of rooms purely for entertaining.

“The kitchen has white cabinets, marble countertops, and a stunning chandelier,” as Refinery notes, making this house far from a shabby-chic residence. The home has two offices, one in stark white and the other in an espresso scheme.

Although the rooms are all massive in size, the decor and design features are all very much in good taste and come together to make Spears’ pad seem homey. The bathroom is something out of a luxury magazine and is beyond description with its marble accents and high ceilings. Brit’s walk-in closet is the stuff dreams are made of without doubt. It’s the size of a one-bed apartment and will have any viewers wanting to call the pad home.

The outdoor space is equally as jaw-dropping, as the publication shares, “[t]he Spanish-style exterior has a beautiful pool and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces.”

At the moment Spears isn’t lapping up the sunshine by her backyard pool. Instead, she has opted for a family vacation in Hawaii. From the photos she has been sharing on Instagram, she is loving every minute.

The Daily Mail shares a few details about the trip as seen through the Instagram account of Britney.

“The proud mother-of-two included clips of her sons Sean, 10, and Jayden, nine, in addition to her niece Maddie, daughter of sister Jamie-Lynn Spears. In one clip, Maddie did cartwheels in her hotel room, while one of her young sons walks back and forth in front of the television. Later, one of her boys is seen taking charge of their boat, hands behind the wheel. In the evening, Britney and both her sons yawn, signaling it was time for bed.”

Seeing as the singer and mother-of-two works non-stop, thanks to a successful Vegas residency, she is certainly deserving of the little getaway to paradise she seems to have been enjoying so much. In a number of pictures, Britney has shared the gorgeous Hawaiian view from her suite and has been sure to demonstrate how relaxed she is, as well as how enjoyable the trip has been, by posting photos of her feet up. Another photo shows Britney and her niece out on the water in a canoe.

The getaway is also a chance for Brit and her little sis Jamie-Lynn Spears to have some quality time together. One photo shows the gorgeous sisters in an embrace, wearing bathrobes while preparing for a spa treatment. Brit’s caption is fitting, “Best spa day with the best little sister.” The two have remained close over the years, through heartbreak and family drama.

Brit returns from her Hawaiian getaway and hits the stage in Vegas once again on April 6 for her “Piece of Me” show.
