Ayesha Curry Food Network: Stephen Curry’s Wife To Host Her Own Show
Ayesha Curry, the wife of Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, is getting her own show on Food Network, tentatively titled At Home with Ayesha. With Stephen’s success on the basketball court, his family has become more and more famous. His daughter Riley was the talk of the NBA Playoffs last season, and Ayesha already has her own lifestyle blog and YouTube channel.
The 27-year-old Curry was born in Toronto and married Stephen in 2011 and is the mother of two daughters, Riley and Ryan Carson. Ayesha’s become the standard bearer for taking stances against the women of today. Curry has spoken out against women who refuse to cover themselves up and responded to a woman on Twitter who said she wanted a threesome with Ayesha and Stephen with this clever comeback.

Most recently, Curry began trending on Twitter on Monday when rapper PARTYNEXTDOOR posted a picture of Kehlani in bed with him. Twitter exploded because Kehlani was last rumored to be dating Cleveland Cavaliers star Kyrie Irving, and people assumed the picture was evidence that she was cheating on Irving.
Even though Ayesha had nothing to do with the situation, she began trending because users on Twitter instantly began comparing her to Kehlani. They were quick to point out that this isn’t something that Curry would do and how many guys wished that there were more Ayesha Curry’s in the world as opposed to Kehlani’s.
As things turned out, Kehlani had already broken up with Kyrie when the picture was posted, which made this whole thing much ado about nothing, except for Kehlani, who reportedly ended up in the hospital after attempting suicide.
Curry’s YouTube channel is called Little Lights of Mine, and she uses it to “exchange stories, recipes and to document the happenings in my little family’s life.” If you have a minute to check out Ayesha’s site, you’ll see she has plenty of experience with running a cooking show and should feel right at home on Food Network.

Ayesha’s new show is part of Food Network’s new plan to introduce celebrities from outside of the cooking world into its programming. David Alan Grier will reportedly have his own show, The Next Food Network Star will feature Jesse Tyler Ferguson from Modern Family, and the new show Celebrity Food Fight will have appearances from Tony Hale, Fred Willard, and Joey McIntyre.
Ayesha Curry also is currently working on a cookbook titled The Seasoned Life that is due out later this fall. Ayesha took to her Instagram page last October to announce the project.
“I can’t wait for you all to be able to enjoy my cookbook on faith, food and family next fall!” Curry wrote. “It’s been a dream of mine to be able to share this with you all and I have been working extremely hard to bring you guys what I think will be a beautiful table top heirloom filled with the most delicious recipes and funny stories all from my heart and home.”
If Ayesha’s show is successful, the Currys could form one of the most successful husband and wife combinations in the celebrity world. Stephen won the 2015 NBA MVP, his team won the 2015 NBA Championship, and both are the favorites to repeat in 2016. Now, Ayesha is on the verge of becoming a Food Network star while raising two adorable little girls.
Stephen better keep his eyes open before Ayesha Curry becomes the most famous Curry in the family.
