Vicki Gunvalson Denies Sending Brooks Ayers A Cease And Desist Letter, Despite Reports She Did

Vicki Gunvalson has had a rough year. It has been nine months since her split from Brooks Ayers, and she is doing well. Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Orange County has already begun filming, and life is moving on for the cast. Gunvalson has already met someone new, and seems to be happy. Her daughter and grandchildren are back home as well. Gunvalson may be moving on with her life, but Ayers is still very much stuck living in the cancer chaos he created for himself.

Last season on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson was made to look like a fool. While she clearly believed Brooks Ayers was telling the truth about his cancer, her co-stars did not. This was a huge ordeal and when the truth about Ayers lying came out, things went downhill between the friends fast.

Gunvalson wants nothing to do with her ex-boyfriend, but he isn’t done living in the spotlight. According to Radar Online, Vicki Gunvalson is upset about a tell-all interview that Brooks Ayers is shopping around. He stands to gain a lot of money for his exclusive tell-all, but Gunvalson won’t allow that. There have been rumors that a cease and desist order was filed against her ex-boyfriend, but that has been refuted by her people. Nothing legally has been done to block the interview just yet.

There is apparently something in place to protect Vicki Gunvalson in the event that Brooks Ayers wants to slander her. He allegedly signed an agreement that was meant to keep their relationship and the happenings between them confidential. If that was the case, Gunvalson has nothing to worry about. Ayers will definitely try and push the limits with whatever he is planning. It is all about the money, and what will give him the biggest pay day. Gunvalson has not seen, nor spoken to Ayers since the split, and she would rather not talk about him ever again. He cost her a lot, including some friendships that appear to be beyond repair at this point.

Despite the news that Vicki Gunvalson has moved on with another man, Brooks Ayers still seems to think there is a reconciliation shot. Without appearing on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Ayers will be left high and dry. According to Reality Tea, Vicki Gunvalson is being sought out by Brooks Ayers to appear with him for the tell-all. That is clearly not going to happen, but the idea that he believes it is possible is amusing. Gunvalson has been very clear about her split from Ayers being the end of the line. She has decided to leave that part of her life behind and in doing so, has met someone else.

The Real Housewives of Orange County has been filming for a few weeks now. Vicki Gunvalson was one of the first to begin filming. It is unclear how her former friends are treating her now that the show is back in production. Recent rumors indicate that the ladies are all still very much at odds, but that wouldn’t be beneficial for the network or the show. There have likely been boundaries put into place, much of it to protect Gunvalson from having to go on and on about Brooks Ayers and his cancer scam. The other ladies tried saving their friend from his web of lies, though they were unsuccessful. Gunvalson chose Ayers over her friends, and that isn’t easy to come back from.

The new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County does not have a premiere date yet, but Vicki Gunvalson is back and ready to move forward without Brooks Ayers in the picture.
